This episode sees me talking to Ivy Sibincic a former journalist and chef from the Philippines who is now a Sustainable living evangelist.
Ivy lives with her Husband, Slaven, and two daughters, In a small village in the north of Bosnia and Herzegovina, close to the border with Croatia.
Ivy tells me about embracing the culture of her new home country, finding a more peaceful life and growing asian vegetables in a Balkan Climate.
