Lydia explores how your company looks to your audience – the way you look at people is the same way people look at businesses. Do you look professional and put together? First impressions are everything, so spend the time to really determine how your potential clients truly see you. 

Josh and Lydia also explore some of the most common mistakes and red flags in branding. Branding isn’t always tangible, so if you seem too money-driven and transactional, you’ll scare away more clients than not. Be willing to teach your client slowly about your company, mission, brand, and story. 

Everything becomes easier when you understand your business’s true purpose and value proposition. Your company can become firm and unshakable even in the face of fierce competition. When your branding effectively communicates who you are and what you believe in, you set yourself apart automatically.
