If you've been desiring a sanctuary for your spirit, a place to go to tune out the distraction, negativity and doom and gloom so that you can tap into the deep power, the vibrancy and the potential you have inside, you're in the right place. Welcome to A Changed Mind. Let's begin. I'm David Bayer and I want to welcome you to this journey of healing and self connection. Today we'll explore the deep wisdom of your body and how it's always working for you. This is an opportunity for you to step into a loving, trusting relationship with your body, to embrace its incredible intelligence and to honor the healing that's already taking place within you. Now let's take a deep breath in together and gently exhale. Feel your body relax into the moment. If it feels comfortable, gently close your eyes, allowing yourself to fully settle into this experience. Let your body soften, knowing you're exactly where you need to be right now. As you listen, there's no need to focus on anything but the words guiding you. Your body is a miracle of life, constantly working for you, even in ways you might not notice every day. It allows you to experience the world through your senses, sight, sound, touch and sens. Your body's intricate systems, like your brain and nervous system, work in perfect harmony to support your well being. Think about that for a moment. The complexity and brilliance of your body. From the smallest cell to the largest muscle, everything works together to keep you alive and thriving. Take a moment now to acknowledge this and set an intention to embrace your body with love, appreciation and trust. Now slowly shift your awareness inward. Scan your body from your head down to your toes. Notice the areas that feel good, at ease, or even just neutral. Maybe there are places where you feel tension or discomfort, but for now, focus on what feels right. Your breath, your heartbeat, the gentle relaxation in your muscles. Allow that feeling of well being, no matter how small, to expand throughout your body. As you breathe, let a feeling of calm and balance move into every corner of your body as though you're sending a signal of peace and harmony to each part of yourself. This awareness of what's working well helps shift you from seeing your body as something broken to recognizing its incredible ability to heal and balance itself. Your body has an innate intelligence, and even in discomfort, it is doing exactly what it needs to restore you to well being. When we experience pain or discomfort, it's natural to think something is wrong, that these sensations are problems we need to fix. But what if they aren't? What if these sensations are actually signs that your body is healing? What's coming is going. Say that to yourself. What's coming is going. In other words, the discomfort you're feeling is part of a release, your body's way of letting go of what it no longer needs. There's no need to judge these sensations as bad or wrong. Just observe them, knowing that they are part of a natural process, your body's intelligence working for you. What's coming, whether it's physical pain, tension, or emotional stress, is leaving.

Your body is always moving toward balance, and these sensations are simply the way it releases accumulated stress. Sometimes we resist these sensations, fearing discomfort and avoiding it. But what if, instead of avoiding, we saw these sensations as part of our body's healing process? Reflect on this. If you knew, without a doubt that this discomfort was part of your healing, would you move your body more freely without fear? Would you be more willing to exercise or engage in life fully, knowing your body is working for you, not against you? By accepting this, you remove resistance. You stop labeling these experiences as problems, and instead you allow the process of healing to unfold as it's meant to. Imagine now that each sensation of discomfort is simply energy being released with every breath. Picture this energy gently lifting and dissolving, leaving your body lighter, clearer and more at peace. There's no need to control or resist. Just allow the body to do what it knows best. Your body has been with you since the day you entered this world, tirelessly supporting you, adapting and healing in ways we often overlook. The intricate processes happening inside you every second are nothing short of miraculous. Without any conscious effort on your part, your heart beats, your lungs fill with air, and trillions of cells communicate, regenerate, and keep you alive. Isn't that incredible? The body systems are like a symphony of perfectly orchestrated movements, each one essential, each one in harmony. It's a literal miracle how your body performs countless tasks in perfect unison to keep you healthy and thriving. Take a moment to marvel at this complexity, this brilliance. Every heartbeat, every breath, every sensation is evidence of the deep intelligence within your body. Now let's explore an important not fearing your body. What is There to be afraid of. This is your body. It's not separate from you. Why would your body, which is constantly working for your survival, ever want to create harm? Fear, in fact, creates more tension, which makes it harder for the body to heal. Instead of seeing discomfort as an enemy, we can begin to see it as part of the process. Chronic illnesses often arise when we fear and try to suppress these signals, rather than understanding that they are our body's way of healing. Your body is not working against you. Its symptoms are not enemies, but messengers. Think of a great oak tree. The oak doesn't fear its branches as they stretch toward the sky. Nor does it fear its roots as they dig deep into the earth. The tree trusts the process of growth in life. It knows innately that every part of it, its leaves, its roots, its branches, is working together to ensure its strength and survival. It would never harm itself or doubt its ability to thrive. In the same way, your body is like that oak tree, rooted in wisdom, naturally attuned to growth and balance. Trust that your body knows what it needs to do. It doesn't need to be feared or controlled. It simply needs space to do what it knows best. Our body is not our enemy, and neither are the symptoms. We often sacrifice the body by trying to eliminate these symptoms instead of understanding the supreme intelligence the body is articulating. If we could simply be willing to sit with the discomfort. Healing is on the other side. Say it again with me.

What's coming is going. The discomfort you feel is part of your body's way of letting go of healing itself. Trust in this process. Let go of any fear. Release the judgment. Just be present with your body, knowing that it's doing exactly what it needs to do. Here's something to consider. How often do we avoid moving our bodies, exercising or engaging in life because we're afraid of how our body will respond? What if, instead of waiting until we feel better, we embrace the healthy version of ourselves? Right now? Close your eyes and imagine yourself waking up in the morning, feeling vibrant and full of energy. What's the first thought that comes to your mind? Is it a thought of gratitude for how alive and well you feel? Picture yourself waking up with ease, feeling strong, light, connected to life. As you rise from bed, you feel the strength in your body, the clarity in your mind. The day ahead is filled with possibility, and your body is fully prepared to embrace it. Imagine walking through your day with this same energy, your body moving with ease, your mind clear and focused. You're in harmony with your body, working together with it. Instead of resisting or fearing it. Picture your body, the healthiest, most vibrant version of yourself, moving confidently and joyfully through life. Now understand this. That version of you already exists. It's not something far off in the distance. The vibrant, healthy version of you is a reality within you right now. All you need to do is align with it by embracing life. By moving your body with love and trust, you're giving it the space it needs to heal. Health is energy, and energy is meant to flow freely. By imagining and embodying the healthiest version of yourself, you are directing that energy toward healing, toward wellness. You don't have to wait for some distant future to feel good in your body. That future exists now, waiting for you to step into it. Each decision to love, trust and care for your body brings you closer to that healthy, vibrant self. Take another deep breath in and exhale, feeling any tension melt away. You are exactly where you need to be on your healing journey, and your body is working for you every step of the way. Trust that the process of healing is already underway. Now let's take a moment to thank your body. Say these words, I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. You may want to repeat this to yourself, or even aloud. These words of gratitude and love are a powerful way of communicating with your body, reinforcing the bond between you and the physical vessel that carries you. Your body hears every thought, every emotion. By offering it love and appreciation, you are supporting its healing, its balance, and its health. In this final moment together, notice how your body feels now. Take one last deep breath in and exhale, releasing any lingering tightness or heaviness. Feel yourself rooted in the present, connected to your body and at peace with the process of healing. Remember, healing is not something you need to chase. It's already happening within you. Whenever you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the room. Open your eyes slowly, feeling refreshed, connected and aligned with the wisdom of your body.

Trust that your body knows how to heal and that with patience and love, you will always move toward greater health, balance and peace. Thank you for taking this time for yourself today. Remember, your body is your partner in this journey and with trust, appreciation and alignment, you are moving ever closer to full health and vitality. Hey, it's David. One more thing.
