We discuss Fat Liberation, which aims to disrupt systems that are oppressive, making certain spaces inaccessible to the fat community. This episode also touches on the idea that being fat is inherently unhealthy or unattractive, which is seen as part of a larger societal pressure on people, specifically women or women identifying, to conform to conventional beauty standards.
