The LSU Tigers look to complete business in Omaha and lift their Eighth National Championship Trophy this weekend. Jay Johnson has the opportunity to become only the second non Olympic sports head coach in LSU history to obtain multiple national titles at LSU. This represents the last College World Series before the effects of the House Settlement and increased roster limits alter the way baseball teams are constructed in the future. LSU has relied on stars like Steven Milam and Jared Jones to create game shifting moments that lead the Tigers to thrilling victories. Coastal Carolina represents a new threat as a team has not lost a game since April and is at an all-time high in confidence heading into the series. LSU will have to play very solid both defensively and create adequate run support to keep the College World Series leading Run  output to a minimum.
