This episode is being recorded and released during a time that is isolating in nature, that being a result of the 2020 covid-19 pandemic and the quarantine that we are experiencing as a result. This has been taking a toll on our mental health and may be bringing up feelings of loneliness and many other emotions and stressors. So we decided to bring on some amazing mental health staff members from the Mt. SAC community, Seth Meyers & Livier Martinez, to have a poignant conversation about how we can help ourselves through any feelings of loneliness and beyond.
