Shownotes
Today I’m talking to Louise who lost her sister Jo to Pancreatic Cancer earlier this year.
And the day after Jo’s funeral Louise was taking part in a 100km hike around the peak district to raise money! The event had been postponed to covid so Louise was never meant to be doing it this year.
But she tells us how she strapped on her trainers, left her sister's wake at 3.30pm to travel to the Peak District. And why it was one of the best decisions!
