In this episode, I am delighted today to introduce you to the second in our series on Optimising Health and Happiness For Humans and Animals, with my special guests, Dr. Timo Tastutar and Lance Schuttler.
In the first episode of this series (#4) we discussed what is health, and how can we optimise it? In this second episode today, we are discussing the important subject of "What is Happiness?"
We look at the scientific, physical, spiritual, and philosophical aspects of happiness. We discuss, amongst many other things, whether we can objectively assess and measure happiness, and also cover some tips about how each of us optimise happiness in our lives. I absolutely loved the different perspectives that each of my guests brought to this discussion, and I hope you do too.
So sit back, enjoy with an open mind - Stay Curious, and Stay Free, and, very importantly, please do let us know what you think in the comments or the reviews. Thank you.
