Certification programs. Licensed methodology. Other practitioners delivering your IP to their own customers. From where most expert businesses stand, infinite impact looks like a different category of business entirely, one built for people with a bigger platform, not for where you are right now.
In the final episode of this series, Tara closes out the Infinite Scale Method™ with Steps seven through nine, the Infinite Impact System: the developmental sequence that turns a proven methodology into books, certification programs, licensing, AI-extended delivery, and speaking, reach that grows well beyond anything you could deliver personally.
Using Donald Miller's StoryBrand and Mike Michalowicz's Profit First as real examples, Tara breaks down why the distance between where you are and where they are isn't categorical. It's developmental. You're not a different kind of business owner who needs to become someone else. You're in an earlier stage of the exact same sequence.

:Welcome to season three of The
Scalable Expert® Podcast, the show
3
:for established expert business owners
who are maxed out on time and ready to
4
:find the scalable impact of their work.
5
:I'm your host, Tara Bryan, founder
of The Scalable Expert® and creator
6
:of the INFINITE SCALE™ Method.
7
:If you've built a business around
your expertise but feel stuck
8
:in the time for money trap, this
podcast is your path forward.
9
:Each week I'll share stories and
strategies and shifts to help you
10
:step into a new scalable business
model by declaring your authority,
11
:packaging your expert framework, and
streamlining your offers and systems
12
:to ultimately become a scalable expert.
13
:Because it's not about working
harder, it's about building smarter.
14
:All you need is one signature
expert framework, and you can
15
:deliver an infinite amount of ways
to be able to scale your business.
16
:All right.
17
:Let's get started
18
:Hey there.
19
:Welcome back to the
Scalable Expert Podcast.
20
:This is our last episode of this
series and the one that I have
21
:been building towards all month.
22
:When people hear infinitely scalable
assets, such as certification
23
:programs, licensed methodology, or
other practitioners delivering your
24
:intellectual property, one of two
things usually comes up either, "That
25
:sounds remarkable, but I'm not like
those big experts like Donald Miller
26
:or Mike Michalowicz," as two examples.
27
:" I do not have their
audience or their platform."
28
:Or, "Well, I'm just not ready for that.
29
:I need to get to the next level first."
30
:I want to name what is underneath both
of those responses, because both of them
31
:are looking at the same thing, and both
of them are misreading the distance.
32
:Here's what both of those
responses are actually saying.
33
:I'm comparing my starting point to their
destination, and the distance between
34
:those two things looks like the distance
between who I am and who I need to
35
:become, and that distance feels enormous.
36
:Here's what I want you to sit with for
a moment before I give you the answer.
37
:That feeling of looking at that
level and sensing the distance is
38
:not the signal that you are behind.
39
:It's not a signal that
this is not for you.
40
:It is just a signal that you are looking
at the destination without seeing the
41
:developmental path that runs from where
you are right now to where you want to be.
42
:And when you see the path,
the distance changes.
43
:It doesn't disappear, but it becomes
something that you can navigate.
44
:Before I get to the Infinite
Impact System, one note on step
45
:six that we talked about last week.
46
:Step six is the build step.
47
:It's all about engineering the
delivery infrastructure for the
48
:scalable pathway you designed in
step four and validated in step five.
49
:Every single filter for every
decision in that step is, does this
50
:develop business capability, or
does it extend my personal delivery?
51
:Once that is the setup, you are prepared
for the third system of the INFINITE
52
:SCALE Method, the Infinite Impact
System, which is step seven through nine.
53
:So let's go over a couple of examples
as we talk about these steps.
54
:You may have heard of Donald Miller.
55
:He did not start with a
certification program.
56
:He started with one named
methodology called StoryBrand.
57
:He made it tangible.
58
:He wrote the book to make
it physical and visible.
59
:Then he built the
infrastructure to deliver it.
60
:And only then did he extend
it to certified guides.
61
:Or Mike Michalowicz did not start
with Profit First professionals.
62
:He started with Profit First, one named
methodology for one specific problem.
63
:He made it tangible, made it physical
in a real book, and delivered to real
64
:customers, then extended to practitioners.
65
:Both paths are the same sequence.
66
:It's the Expert Authority System
first, Scalable Delivery second,
67
:Infinite Impact System third.
68
:It's not a different kind of business.
69
:It's just the next stage of the
business you are already building.
70
:The distance between where
you are and where they are is
71
:developmental, not categorical.
72
:You are not a different type
of person who needs to become
73
:a different type of person.
74
:You are in an earlier
stage of the same sequence.
75
:This reframe does something important.
76
:It makes where you are right
now necessary, not behind.
77
:The Infinite Impact System
requires something to license,
78
:to certify, or extend.
79
:A methodology that is complete, proven,
and tangible enough that another
80
:practitioner can use it with their
customers and produce the same results.
81
:You can't certify an
unvalidated methodology.
82
:You can't license a methodology
that has not been made tangible.
83
:And you cannot extend a delivery
system that has not been proven.
84
:The development that makes this
possible is exactly the development
85
:we've been walking through all month.
86
:Being in step two or step four right now
is not evidence that this is far away.
87
:It's evidence that you
are in the sequence.
88
:Every business that has reached
the Infinite Impact System has
89
:gone through this development.
90
:The ones who tried to skip it had to come
back and complete the systems before.
91
:You're not waiting to become the
kind of business that gets there.
92
:You're building it right
now and this month.
93
:So let me name what this system develops.
94
:Books is often the first asset.
95
:It establishes the methodology
in a public record, creates a
96
:credibility that makes certification,
licensing, and speaking possible.
97
:The book makes the methodology
visible at a reach that you
98
:couldn't personally produce.
99
:Then certification programs.
100
:Other practitioners deliver your
methodology to their own customers.
101
:They invest in development,
and each certified practitioner
102
:multiplies the methodology's reach.
103
:That impact compounds.
104
:Licensing organizations license to
use your methodology to reach hundreds
105
:of people in a single organization.
106
:AI extended delivery.
107
:The methodology's decision logic
and guidance become available
108
:through AI, extending access without
requiring your personal presence.
109
:Speaking at events.
110
:Keynotes anchored in a named methodology
produce different outcomes than
111
:general expertise presentations.
112
:Attendees leave with a
methodology, not just a talk.
113
:Strategic partnerships.
114
:Other businesses and distribution networks
built around your intellectual property.
115
:The common thread in every
format, the methodology creates
116
:transformation for your customers
you will never personally meet.
117
:The impact grows beyond any single
format, channel, or delivery model.
118
:That is the infinite impact system, not
a bigger version of personal delivery,
119
:a different category of impact entirely.
120
:Let me share an example
from one of my clients.
121
:She had, uh, an amazing methodology
that she was teaching to her one-on-one
122
:customers that she had in her business.
123
:She completely transformed the way
that she shows up in her business by
124
:packaging her methodology first and
foremost, and then turning it into
125
:a certification program that allows
her to have other certified trainers
126
:deliver her methodology within their
business to their own customers.
127
:And, um, and she's just recently
going to be releasing a book,
128
:so that's super exciting.
129
:So she took the system, went through
the steps, and now is able to really
130
:start building out that infinite,
um, impact system that will allow
131
:her to make a bigger and broader
reach with her methodology than she
132
:ever could in her personal delivery.
133
:So it starts by really being
able to package your expertise
134
:and make it tangible, make it
something that people can actually
135
:see where they are on the path.
136
:Then you move into scalable delivery.
137
:How do you create an experience and a
journey that helps that customer actually
138
:get results without you personally
being there every step of the way?
139
:And once that all happens and is
tested and validated, then it's time
140
:to move into infinite impact, which
starts to grow your reach even beyond
141
:where you could deliver it personally.
142
:So there you go.
143
:That is the full INFINITE SCALE Method.
144
:I am so happy that you have been
able to, you know, join us for
145

step in the INFINITE SCALE Method.
