Reconnect with Nature and Each Other:

Intimacy Retreats in a fire warmed Yurt in the Forest

In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to lose touch with both nature and the people we hold dearest. The idea of escaping to an intimate retreat in the heart of a lush forest provides the perfect opportunity to rekindle your connection with the natural world and, most importantly, with your partner. In this blog post, we'll explore the magic of intimacy retreats in the forest, how they can help you strengthen your relationship, and why they've become a popular choice for couples seeking a deeper connection.

The Beauty of Forest Intimacy Retreats:

Escape the Noise: One of the primary advantages of a forest retreat is the escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The calm surroundings allow you to leave behind the noise of the city and focus on your partner and yourself.

Nature's Healing Power: The forest environment offers a serene and calming backdrop that can have a profound impact on your well-being. The fresh air, vibrant flora, and soothing sounds of the forest help reduce stress and anxiety, making it easier to open up and connect on a deeper level.

Activities and Workshops:

Yoga and Meditation: Many forest retreats offer yoga and meditation sessions, helping you and your partner find your inner balance and build a sense of unity.

Couples intimacy workshops: I will lead workshops at the Yurt focused on improving communication, deepening intimacy, and resolving conflicts.

Outdoor Adventures: Engage in thrilling outdoor activities like forest hikes, snowshoeing, or even Yurt fire gazing, which can strengthen the bond between you and your partner.

Reignite Your Romance:

Disconnect to Reconnect: With limited connectivity in the forest, you can unplug from the digital world and reconnect with your partner on a meaningful, personal level.

Intimacy retreats in the forest offer couples a unique opportunity to nurture their love, rediscover their connection, and create lasting memories. If you're seeking to strengthen your relationship, escape the daily grind, and embrace the beauty of the natural world, consider a forest intimacy retreat. It might just be the perfect setting to embark on a journey of love, healing, and reconnection.

With much love

Unknown:

Hello and welcome to the Borealis experience. I'm

Unknown:

Unknown:

time with you today.

Unknown:

I hope you feel good. I hope you feel Yeah, in your power,

Unknown:

understood, loved connected, hope you feel a sense of

Unknown:

purpose, I hope you feel sparkly in your romantic relationships.

Unknown:

If that's not the case, if you feel lost stuck, if you feel

Unknown:

misunderstood, I want to be here for you to reflect upon a couple

Unknown:

of things. And yeah, help you out be of support of guidance, a

Unknown:

stepping stone, I have a physical space where I have

Unknown:

people meet with me start coaching journeys with me or

Unknown:

enjoy yoga classes with me. I offer retreats and host

Unknown:

retreats, intimacy retreats, men's circle or soul circles,

Unknown:

and very, very excited about that. And I have a puppy in the

Unknown:

background playing with his toys. So please don't mind the

Unknown:

noise in the background. I will also be offering personal

Unknown:

meditations in the future meditations that are uniquely

Unknown:

designed for your well being. And yeah, I'm very excited. For

Unknown:

this. I'm excited to connect with you. And if you enjoy this

Unknown:

podcast, please subscribe, leave a rating a review, or send me a

Unknown:

coffee through the link in the show notes called buy me a

Unknown:

coffee. Without any further ado, I want to dive into today's

Unknown:

episode, I want to talk about intimacy classes intimacy,

Unknown:

intimacy, sorry, retreats. And what is intimacy coaching

Unknown:

anyways, I'm very excited to be offering this and had great

Unknown:

success with couples coming out here opening up and sharing

Unknown:

their pain and growth points with me. And yeah, it was just

Unknown:

every time a very unique experience to have people

Unknown:

opening up to have people realizing

Unknown:

that there is love in the air, there is

Unknown:

a strong bond, sorry, I needed to get out for a moment because

Unknown:

the dogs were getting a little bit too loud. And that there is

Unknown:

just blockages or obstacles in between. And yeah, that's scary

Unknown:

for people to realize, you know, after 510 or 14 years of

Unknown:

marriage, that there is no level to say to each other little to

Unknown:

experience with each other. And not knowing where that is coming

Unknown:

from. Is is very scary. So at the yeard we we meet and one

Unknown:

partner opens up first and then the other one joins and we chat

Unknown:

about Yeah, what our desires and dreams, maybe unfulfilled

Unknown:

desires unfulfilled dreams? And what are what are things that

Unknown:

you feel you need to tiptoe around with your partner? What

Unknown:

makes you shut down? And by asking these questions and by

Unknown:

having a neutral person asking these questions. Of course a

Unknown:

person that you feel safe with. It can really open up

Unknown:

conversations that are deeply healing. There is no fight being

Unknown:

ignited no argument there is no hard feelings. There's just raw

Unknown:

vulnerability, strong willingness from both sides to

Unknown:

connect and to do things better in the future to understand your

Unknown:

partner better. And yeah, it's just something very magical and

Unknown:

beautiful to be part of to join a intimacy retreat, to engage in

Unknown:

a coaching journey. Of course, both partners have to be willing

Unknown:

and engaged and you can't force your partner to to start a

Unknown:

journey with you. You have to both be in fisted and finding

Unknown:

new ways to look at each other, changing your attitude, changing

Unknown:

the way that you maybe use to view things, changing beliefs.

Unknown:

And that's, I think, a beautiful path to be on. It's, it's

Unknown:

incredible what a simple mind shift can change a relationship,

Unknown:

and how, when you change your mind, and have the willingness

Unknown:

to work on your relationship, and are given the tools to

Unknown:

connect more deeply with each other, how that can change your

Unknown:

whole life, not your not only your intimate relationship, but

Unknown:

your relationship with your children, if you have any

Unknown:

relationship with your relatives, your relationship

Unknown:

with your neighbors, your friends, your relationships at

Unknown:

work, your intimate relationship is so crucial, and how you feel

Unknown:

about yourself about how you make decisions in your life,

Unknown:

about how how it is that you see the world. Don't Don't ever

Unknown:

estimate that the way you feel is incredibly important, and how

Unknown:

you go about your life. So yeah, when it comes to the intimacy,

Unknown:

retreats, and the intimacy coaching sessions, I can just

Unknown:

highly encourage you to find out if that is something for you. To

Unknown:

not wait until blockages fester to not wait until somebody

Unknown:

cheats, I have a lot of people coming to me and sharing, you

Unknown:

know, from a very brave space that they actually want to give

Unknown:

up, they want to break up and they want to be with other

Unknown:

partners and they think of cheating. And that's all

Unknown:

perfectly normal. And you know, part of the experience, and

Unknown:

being able to express that in front of your partner not

Unknown:

fearing that you're going to, you know, be rejected or harshly

Unknown:

judged for it, but just see it as a scary truth. And to work

Unknown:

through it is is just something very, very powerful that I'm

Unknown:

very excited to be offering to more people in the future. Don't

Unknown:

wait until it is too late. Don't you know divorce and, and then

Unknown:

regret later on. Because now you have the exact same problems

Unknown:

with with your new partner, you need to address stuff that you

Unknown:

might individually have to work on. You need to be made aware of

Unknown:

blind spots. And this is what I'm there for, to make women

Unknown:

aware of their BS and men aware of their BS without taking

Unknown:

sides. And then you need to find out what your blind spots are as

Unknown:

a couple and how you want to go about it. I'm just going to feel

Unknown:

into this and see if there's anything more I'd like to add

Unknown:

Yeah. The earlier you that's the last thing I want to say about

Unknown:

that. I think the earlier you work on your relationships and

Unknown:

become really relationship aware or conscious I want to say the

Unknown:

easier it is going to be in the long run. You're gonna

Unknown:

understand your partner more deeply. You're going to learn

Unknown:

stuff about your partner that right you might not want to hear

Unknown:

in a one on one discussion. That is nice to work through with

Unknown:

coach and then you can start a new you can kind of press a

Unknown:

reset button. That's what a lot of people shared with me that

Unknown:

they left the year they left the coaching journey and they felt

Unknown:

that they were able to start a new and that's really a gift

Unknown:

like to be given a second chance without having to fuck up in the

Unknown:

first place. But to catching it in time and to addressing stuff

Unknown:

and time is incredibly cool. So I'm very passionate about this

Unknown:

and I'll continue to Yeah, educate myself and become the

Unknown:

best coach I can become when it comes to intimacy and

Unknown:

relationships and post heartbreak situations and how to

Unknown:

rebuild yourself after a painful divorce or a painful heartbreak.

Unknown:

And to just be there for people when they need somebody to

Unknown:

listen to and somebody to point out blind spots, somebody that

Unknown:

can help you to become more aware of yourself and your

Unknown:

demons. All right, I'm gonna leave you with that with so much

Unknown:

love. Once again, if you enjoy this podcast, please leave a

Unknown:

review or a quick rating, share with your friends and family or

Unknown:

simply message me on Facebook or Instagram and let me know what

Unknown:

you're getting out of my podcast. Take care. Until next

Unknown:

time, goodbye.
