Shownotes
We continue our series on the best ways to find deals and we chat about:
Wholesalers - Run your numbers and forget about the $ amount being asked. If the numbers work for you it's a good deal. Take advantage and move forward with the project.
Joint Venture - This is a great way to get your feet wet and learn the process. Partnering with another person that complements your strengths or has experience is a great way to learn while hopefully making a profit.
Bandit Signs - Same as DIY method just on larger scale and you put minimal time in by hiring someone to put out the signs.
Yellow Letters - There are many services that will provide the list and mail it on your behalf.
Cold Calling - They work lists and generate warm leads, then you or a Acquisition Manager, can go on appointments and lock up deals.
Take stock of what resources you have available to you. Do you work full-time, do you have cash saved up. Can you hire people? Do you have the discipline to execute the strategy you think will work?
Our Advice: Pick one or two and commit! Spread too thin and you will most likely do none of it well.
As you can already tell we have made some changes and a few more are on the way. If you are interested in what we have planned, head over to
