Shownotes

Husband and wife comedians Mike Bobbitt and Allyson Bobbitt take turns making each other watch a movie the other has never seen.

Guillermo del Toro made a dark Spanish fairy tale for his sixth movie. 2006's Pan's Labyrinth is set against the 1944 Spanish Maquis insurgence. A young girl forced to live with her evil stepfather war General escapes to a fantasy world. Pan's Labyrinth is whimsical, gritty, magical and brutal all at once. It's quite frankly, a masterpiece! Will Allyson agree with Mike's assessment, or will the graphic violence and peril be too much for her?

If you want to let us know what you thought about Pan's Labyrinth and weigh in on whether or not we should watch the other two movies in the series, or you have a movie you think we should watch, let us know.
