Sarah Broadhead is an experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist who maximises performance at the highest level in Olympic sport and business. Sarah has recently authored a new book, ‘Perform & Thrive’, a sportsperson's guide to mental health and well-being.
Sarah Stevenson, MBE, is a British taekwondo athlete and a world champion. In 2001 Sarah won her country's first-ever Olympic medal in taekwondo and now carries six Olympic gold medals.
