Shownotes
After a yoga session, a Kabbalah class, and one of those ancient-teaching-meets-real-life moments, Jenna Marilyn had a revillization: flow is the absence of self-referencing. Life enters when the “I” dissolves.
In this episode, Jenna breaks down the two costumes of the ego:
- The obvious ego (“I’m scared, I’m not enough, I’m failing”)
- The subtle ego (“How can I serve? What’s the most aligned thing to do? How can I live more in my purpose?”)
One looks ugly. One looks holy.
But both are still “I-centered,” and both pull you out of flow.
Because when you’re not self-identified, life moves you. Life guides you. Life speaks through you. Life expresses itself through you.
If you’ve been trying too hard to be good, aligned, helpful, or intentional… this episode will shift something in you.
