While the old adage: “You are what you eat” has been around for a very long time it’s only in recent decades that science has actually been discovering just how extensively our dietary lifestyle impacts our overall health and well-being. This is all well and good, but what does it actually look like to eliminate something from your diet, especially if the removal of that food is likely to be a permanent change?
