Sarah Ford Bishop

Sarah Bishop has been working as a Coach in the Fitness Industry for 3 years and has been an online Nutrition & Training Coach for the last 2 years. She graduated from the University of South Florida in December of 2019 with her Master's in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. She studies under Dr. Bill Campbell and was involved in several studies in his Lab. She is a co-author on published and soon to be published research on diet breaks, refeeds, training differences between males and females, as well as a case study on bodybuilders in the post show season. Sarah competes herself in the NPC Bikini division and is a self proclaimed meat-head nerd. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals while educating them along the journey to make lasting change.
