Shownotes

Andrew Huberman is an American neuroscientist and tenured professor in the Department of Neurobiology at Stanford University, where he runs Huberman Lab, researching how the brain works (function), how it can change through experience (plasticity) and how to repair brain circuits damaged by injury or disease (regeneration).

I’ve been following his work religiously since I first met him at mindbodygreen’s Revitalize event, where he shared his research on the profound effect that breathwork can have on the brain.

Today, he shares some real, practical tips for reducing anxiety and improving sleep, including his favorite breathwork script. Not only are all of these practices grounded in science but they’re also accessible to just about everyone. You don’t need any expensive equipment or years of training — just a little time and structure.

You will learn about...
