As we continue this Foundations for Your Coaching Business series, I want to dedicate this third episode to the idea of CEO mindset. For this, I offer 5 concepts. However, prior to considering them, you must first own and solidify the truth that you are, in fact, a CEO. 

If you are coaching others as a business, and not simply an enjoyable hobby, you are the CEO of your business. But this, for most people, is a huge identity shift. It can feel intimidating, even foreign, and as I discuss it, it may feel like I must be referring to someone else. But I assure you, I am talking to you. So envision this new version of you, and let’s talk about embracing a strong CEO mindset as a foundation for your business.
