Edmund Kemper stood 6 foot 9 and targeted college women just like Ted Bundy. Both Sagittarius. Both intelligent. Both went after educated women. But Kemper did something almost none of the others did — he turned himself in when nobody was even looking for him. Called the police. They didn't believe him. Called back and asked for a specific officer. Then confessed everything.
