This episode's discussion is explaining shadow work and walks through the steps of how to attempt to take yourself through shadow work. You may opt to walk through this with a healer to help you navigate and we can also help shift and move energy for you.
Where in the body are you holding the energy from the negative trauma/event? Write down - your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and fears associated w/it. Then write down your unmet need. Focus on the area of your body and sending loving, healing, supportive energy to that part of the body. Ask if there are imprints and allow yourself to let them go. Fill that space with positive affirmations.
