I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it. Give a feel like there's a hole in the bottom of your brain like something's missing. And things just seem to fall out of it can't quite remember certain things or your brains not working at the level that you know it can at different times. And you may also be familiar those times where certain things positive things happen where that hole seems to be filled. And suddenly you have clarity. It can be anything from a really basic thing like the get a bit of positive feedback from someone, it could be a result that you are waiting on comes through exactly as you wanted it to be. Could be you get some great connection time with an important person in your world with just something else that actually has you feeling good when suddenly the hole goes away. So the important thing is to identify the places where firstly, that hole gets filled up. Because if that's a healthy way of filling the hole, that's actually a great part of life do you actually enjoy that that's gonna be a really important thing to be able to prioritize, say if you need to switch off more and get more rest time more, alone time more time socializing, whatever it is for you, then making sure you are prioritizing that in your world. If it's something that might be a dependency, then there might not be the best way to fill that hole in the bottom of your brain. If it's needing to constantly get validation or if you think about social media, for example, if you're having to continually go on there to check the little dopamine hit from a notification or something like that, and that's not necessarily going to be a healthy way of filling the hole. One important way to get that clarity. rather sorry, one important way for you to fill that hole is to get clarity. Because when you're uncertain, when you're overwhelmed with a lot of information coming in, then that hole can fill wider and wider. You get more forgetful, you're not really sure where you're at, where you're heading, what you need to do next, concentrate, can't focus get distracted. That's what happens. But certainty, clarity, clear steps, knowing where you're at, knowing where you're heading. And knowing the steps that you have to take at any given time fills up that hole. Now granted, there might be other times where that's not enough, and there's other stuff going on. And if that is the case, then you might need some more more focused attention on whatever that is, you might need some help with that. And that happens to all of us at different times. You might need to be able to talk to someone you might need to be able to go somewhere where you can get some relief from whatever that is. And of course coaching is one way you can do that. But if it's just a day to day thing, it really is important to be able to have that clarity and have a really clear process that you can follow a process that you can use again and again. That's repeatable. Because when you have that process in place, you're going to have so much more certainty so much more clarity and so much more ability to keep your brain operating at its highest level. There's something about having clarity that allows everything to seem so much easier to navigate. It doesn't stop different emotions coming up, it doesn't stop different thoughts coming up. But then you're able to bring yourself back, check yourself, bring yourself back to the reality of the situation. As humans, we are great storytellers. So something won't happen. And then we create this whole dialogue around it, which just isn't true. We've completely created it. To try and make sense of the situation. What certainty does it tells us what clarity does it tells us? What is? What is it we do know? For sure. And then the gaps we can go Well, we I don't know that there's no point me speculating. Severe of those times, where you get that feeling of that hole in the bottom of your brain, start with clarity. If it persists, then it might be time for, for something that's going to be more beneficial, something's gonna be more strategic. So you've got all the clarity and you're still feeling like you've got that hole, then that's when it's time to reach out and actually speak to someone and and get some assistance. Because it means there's a pattern there that's playing out, that's probably been playing out for a long time that actually needs attention. My view is that the clarity part will steer you in the right direction for most things. So start there, get clear on the particular circumstance that you're working with, that you're working on that you're in the middle of? Where are you at? What is it that you want, what's the outcome, what's the destination you want, and then start mapping out the steps. And it seems simple. And it's simple, but not necessarily easy, because sometimes actually taking their time can be part of where we get into trouble. So have that discipline. Have that determination that drive to make it happen. And you'll find the clarity that you need, and you'll mend that hole and the bottom of your heart hole in the palm of your head. Interesting slip there, very much a mind heart connection. And that might be how it shows up for you to the hole in your head comes from something that's lacking in the heart department a connection piece, maybe your relationship with yourself or someone important to however their spirit is.
