What if the breakthrough you've been chasing isn't actually moving you forward?

A powerful experience can feel like progress. A retreat, a book, a conference, a revelation, a coaching session—something suddenly shifts, and you feel transformed. But what happens when the feeling fades and your business, message, body of work, and results are still exactly where they were?

Kellan challenges the addiction to breakthroughs and argues for something far more demanding: building authority. Your experiences only become truly valuable when you integrate them, articulate them, structure them, demonstrate them, and use them to create results for other people.

The goal isn't to keep getting cracked open.

The goal is to build something from what you've learned.

Kellan Fluckiger:

Do you have a friend that goes to conferences continually and then comes home and says, oh, that was such a massive breakthrough. I uncovered so much stuff. It is way cool. I can't believe that happened. Welcome to the show. Tired of the hype about living the dream.

It's time for truth. This is the place for tools, power, and real talk, so you can create the life you dream and deserve your ultimate life. Subscribe, share, create.

You have infinite power this Kellen. Welcome to your ultimate life. Stop chasing breakthroughs and start building authority is the topic for today.

And I asked that question because I absolutely have several people that I know personally. Not conceptually, but I know them, and they say that all the time. I went to this conference, and I had breakthroughs. Oh, I can't believe it.

Or they went to some guru ayahuasca retreat. I just touched the sky. I see heaven. I know the whole thing, right? And they say that.

And then a month later, they're, you know, swirling in about the same place, and I ask them about the breakthrough, and, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, that was great, huh? But I still, you know, I'm stuck on this or whatever, and they sort of dismiss that. Now.

Maybe you do that, and maybe it isn't going to conferences, and maybe it isn't ayahuasca retreats. Maybe it's just spinning in the same place and you're thinking, if I could just have a breakthrough. Well, let me ask you a question.

When was the last time you had a, quote, breakthrough? What the hell is a breakthrough or a moment, you know, what is that? Well, let's just define it for the purposes of our conversation.

A breakthrough, you know, is. Is a moment or a situation or a circumstance or a book or a conversation where suddenly, you or I, we see things in a new way.

Like something that looked a certain way, a situation, an opportunity, a relationship, an opinion about ourselves, a conversation we keep having inside it looked a certain way. And then all of a sudden feels like. All of a sudden, over a weekend or after reading a book or whatever, you no longer see it that way.

You broke through a limitation. You climbed over, under, around, or through a barrier. You blasted something out of the way, and it feels so flipping good. Well, do you live on those?

Are those your primary source of power? And so when those breakthroughs wear off, you got to go get another one, if that resonates with you. And another way to think about that is bso.

Bright Shiny Object, BSO syndrome. And it isn't just in personal stuff. It's in marketing.

This New marketing method will do your split testing for you automatically will prove to you what the best one is. We've helped a trillion people make a trillion dollars each. Do you just need to come and we'll do this? I just got one of those the other day.

We're going to get you a million views in five minutes, right? Not like I'm exaggerating, but that's what they all feel like.

There's so much hype and we have 27,000 clients that they all have a million views in five minutes. And we'll just show you we just need whatever. And then you get on a call with them and then they're just hyping, selling you stuff.

And it doesn't even feel like they're looking at your situation and your specific needs or activity or business niche or whatever it is. And they're selling a breakthrough, a marketing breakthrough, right? And the idea of a breakthrough is so visually appealing.

Like, you know, something is pushing up against a wall and suddenly you've broken through to the. To the wide and beautiful field beyond that moment. Right. It reminds me of my dog.

So we have a cat and a dog and you know, like most dogs, maybe not your dog, I don't know, but our dog likes to eat cat poop. I don't know if, you know, there's a smell of undigested protein in there or whatever, but our dog thinks cat poop is a delicacy.

And sometimes the cat, you know, is going to go to the litter box and the dog follows, right. Just waiting for the juicy morsel.

I know it's kind of gross, but anyway, so we don't want him eating the cat poop, although he's never shown any adverse effects. And we're not really very effective at preventing the, you know, the delicacy chasing.

But anyway, the main litter box for the cat is in the laundry room.

And the laundry room has a pocket door, you know, one of those doors that slides into the wall because there really isn't room for it to swing either way. So they put in as a pocket door. Well, this particular pocket door slides heavily. You have to push it quite a bit.

It doesn't glide easily, which is just right because we close the pocket door to about a fist width, right. And that leaves enough room for the cat to go in. But it's.

The dog can't really push it open until the dog figured out that if he pushed hard enough and continuously, he could slide it open. So the first time that happened, that was a breakthrough for the Dog. Wow. He broke through that barrier that for months had been keeping away.

Keeping him away from dessert. Now, it's kind of a weird example, but it just. I just was thinking about what the dog must have felt, the moment that happened.

The breakthrough into the laundry room, freeing his soul to chase the delicacy of cat poop. Anyway, are you chasing breakthroughs?

Either BSOs in your business or BSOs in the books, or BSOs bright shiny objects to take away the feeling of fear of failure, or to take away the feeling of fear of success, or to take away the feeling of I'm not good enough, or to take away the feeling of I'll never make it or it's too late or I missed my opportunity or they have something I don't have, I'll never get it. And if I go to enough events and hire enough coaches and gurus and whatever, I'll find, finally have the thing.

Well, what if that's just a waste of your time? What if that's procrastination in elegant clothing? What if it's really just keeping you from your success?

So that's what I want to talk about today, because it is.

I'm not saying you don't need a coach or you don't need to read a book or any of that kind of stuff, but there's an addiction, a breakthrough addiction. Seeking the next great moment prevents you from creating real authority. And here's the question.

Have you built a body of work from your last breakthrough? If I come and see your business performance after the last breakthrough, can I see a difference? Is it substantial? Have you added a zero?

I. I don't know what you're chasing them for. And some people are addicted to breakthroughs because breakthroughs feel good. They. They feel like progress without requiring construction.

Now, I'm not saying every breakthrough seeker is avoiding something, but many are. They go from retreat to retreat, coach to coach, book to book, ceremony to ceremony and revelation to revelation.

An emotional rocket launcher to emotional rocket launcher.

And they still have no body of work, no powerful, consistent offer, no powerful message, no way to absolutely recognize them in the scroll, in the feed. They have no book that's written about their authority and their experience. And they have no structure and no income tied to the wisdom. Now, if.

If I'm hitting you in between the eyes, I'm sorry, but it's true. You've got to go from. You've got. You got to start building some authority.

Big income and big impact come to those not who have big breakthroughs over and over. Again. But to those who build a body of work, an authority. Okay, you may keep getting cracked open, is the phrase.

It can become entertainment if it doesn't become concrete and sustained action. And at some point, another breakthrough is just a delay tactic. So I don't want that for you. And what I want maybe doesn't make any difference.

But I want you to answer the full question. Are you living your ultimate life? Are you living a life of purpose, prosperity and joy? Purpose is your guiding North Star. Do you have one?

Prosperity means not only cash, which you can have in abundance, boatloads, but prosperity and soul and relationships and friendships and meaning, so that you're flying out of bed every day, stoked out of your mind to live that day. And joy is a natural consequence. Like, we don't. We don't need to seek joy. We can live in joy every day, all day long.

And you can't argue with me unless you've talked to me. So if you disagree that you right now, you personally you. Yeah, you, you. You can live today. Purpose, prosperity and joy.

A life of purpose, prosperity and joy. If you want to argue about that, I invite you to. Here is a URL YourUltimate Life podcast.com and there's a contact form there.

And I'd like you to send me an invitation. And I'd like the the subject line to be argue about ppj. Argue about purpose, prosperity and joy.

That way I'll know you saw this and you want to argue about it, which is fine. You can argue about why you can't have purpose, prosperity and joy.

And you have to be willing to engage deeply in discussion about it, and not just I can't have it. I'm the one exception to the world of universe's rules that doesn't work.

So what I want you to understand is that you already have enough stuff to create authority. Now, what is authority, and why would you care?

Well, authority is a loose word I'm using to define what it takes to attract business clients, joint ventures, relationships, the kinds of things that let you impact. Not a few, 10, 100, but a million or 10 million. You know, my goal is to reach 300 million with a very particular message.

A message of WIPOs W I P O S. Your worth, your identity, your possibility, your ownership, and your sovereignty. And I am the absolute world's pinnacle authority on that. I have walked the path. I have bled the blood.

I've created the books and the courses so that I can help you own your worth, your identity, your possibility, ownership and sovereignty. And why would you care when you own your worth, you stop outsourcing your the opinions of you. You have intrinsic worth.

When you understand and are grounded in your divine identity, then with worth and identity, your possibility is infinite. Now that infinite possibility includes cash, cash, cash. It includes impact as big as you want in the world.

And it requires the next one, the little O, which is ownership. You have to own that possibility or it's just going to keep taunting you from the unfinished projects on the shelf.

And sovereignty is the grand were, the grand conclusion of all that you are the sovereign of your life. And most people will never accept and do something with that truth. They create by default instead of by design.

And then wonder why the world hasn't rolled out the red carpet. Well, it isn't going to. You can have the red carpet. You gotta be the person that creates the red carpet.

So 300 million people and I have different ways of measuring that. And if you're curious again, you can get a hold of me, your old livepodcast.com contact form.

If you're curious about how I measure that or how I'm reaching 300 million people, that's fine. And here's why I want to do that. Because one, I'm driven.

I've been through my own path of transformation and change, probably like you have, but that path has not just cracked me open 57 times. Yes, but it has allowed me to create authority so that I can claim ownership of the process to help you.

Worth, identity, possibility, ownership, sovereignty, which allows you to design and build and live your ultimate life. Now, you don't have to use the same words I do. Ppj, purpose, prosperity and joy. You can use whatever words you want, but you can have them.

But you can only have them if you take what you already have and create authority around it. Okay. Authority requires way more than just feeling changed. Authority is not intensity. It's not. I had an experience. I felt something powerful.

I saw the truth. I had a download. Ah, constant downloads. Everything's coming through me. That is not authority. That is the beginning.

That is the raw material that is barely getting started. Authority requires integration. It requires that you be the absolute substance and model of the download you received.

Not, I did a download and I wrote it and it's all cool and it will help people. Is it embodied, embedded, integrated in your life? In other words, do you believe, not believe, do you bleed at every core the truth of that download?

Can I sense it in your presence? Do I know that? Are you able to articulate? Can you explain it to Me. Not in a half an hour, in 30 seconds.

If you can't clearly tell me what it is that you're the Authority of In 30 seconds, you've lost me. Sound bite attention is 37-357-seconds. If you get 30 and you can't hit me over the head and wake up something in my heart, we're done.

Now it's not going to work for everybody because my authority is only for people seeking the ultimate life. My authority is only for people that really know that it's worth the effort to climb the mountain and they're willing to do it.

They're just looking for the path and the guide that we got, okay? It also requires authority, requires consistency. That means wysiwyg. Now in the old days, computer, many of you know what that is.

WYSIWYG is an acronym. What you see is what you get. That was.

It came out of computers and I can't remember, but it had to do with monitors and how they show displayed stuff long time ago in the beginning days of computers. WYSIWYG for me means what you see is what you get.

In other words, I am always the same person in the grocery store, in the hallway, at an event, on stage, on a video, in life, because this is me, authentic, open, whatever. I'm always the same. Consistency means that. So if you want authority, you've got to have integration, articulation, consistency, evidence.

Like, can you show me evidence of your authority not only in yourself, which is integration, but in those you've served. What is the evidence of the truth of your download? Are you using everything that you have learned for service? And can I see that?

Do you have a structure or framework that you can teach and share and help others with? If you don't have that organization, you don't have authority yet. And then it's just back in the. In your head.

And it takes me a long time to explain what I do. Now, I don't say that as an indictment. It used to be really hard for me to tell people what I do.

And that's often true of people that are masters of personal development and breakthroughs and stuff like that. We haven't yet learned to condense that. Well, I can condense it. It took me a long time to figure out how to say it.

I can lead you on the path of purpose, prosperity and joy, to bring anything into existence that you want. I can do that. Imagine your wildest dreams. Nothing is beyond you if you're willing to do the work and walk the path and I can take you there.

And I say that without hesitation. And that's pretty clear authority. Your authority begins to accumulate when your experience starts to be useful to somebody else.

Like you may have experienced transformation that is beyond description in your heart. But if you can't explain it and help somebody else with it, it doesn't create any authority. A revelation you can't yet explain.

Isn't authority a healing you can't integrate? Is not leadership? A breakthrough? A breakthrough you can't build from is still unfinished and as mad as that might make you. But that's the truth.

Now let's talk about what authority really looks like. It first shows up as an absolute clear message that nobody can misunderstand. Okay? It shows up as a defined audience.

People say, well, my breakthrough and my stuff can help everybody. I promise. That means nobody. And as hard as that is to hear, it has to be a defined audience.

So I'll give you an example with me, just because I know me. My clear message is I can help you to design and build and live your ultimate life as you define it.

My defined and exact audience are those who are done being addicted to mediocrity or settling for those excuses, who are willing to do the work. That's it. My. That's my defined audience.

And the message I can help you design, build, and live your ultimate life purpose, prosperity and joy, or whatever words you use. My audience is really small. It's those that are willing to do the work, because there aren't very many of those.

The third thing you got to have to create authority is a body of work. Show me. You got to be able to show me something.

Another thing you've got to have is some kind of framework that describes and encapsulates your tools. People say to me all the time, I ask, what's your method? Well, you know, it's just custom. It depends on the person. Nonsense.

The individual application depends on the person. But the process is still the same. And if you haven't yet figured that out, you don't have any authority. And you can get mad about that too.

But that's what creates authority. Your body of work and a repeatable framework lets you talk about it in a powerful way.

Another thing that represents authority is you've got a book that describes the journey of your becoming. You've got a program that uses material from your book and your framework so you can have something people can use and look at.

Another thing that shows authority is you have a point of view that is strong, it is clear, and people can understand and argue with. If you haven't got haters, you haven't said anything.

If you haven't got people that tell you you're wrong, you haven't stood up for anything yet, okay? A point of view is power. It is the ticket to authority.

If you don't have a clear transformation that you can explain and deliver, you don't have any authority. So let me repeat those, okay?

Authority shows up as a clear message, a defined audience, a body of work, a repeatable framework, a book, a program, a point of view, and a transformation you can explain and deliver. Those are the anti pieces to creating authority. And here's the good news. You can have those. They're not mysterious, they're not beyond your reach.

Maybe you haven't done the work to create those yet, I don't know. But they're yours. They're yours for the having, they're yours for the taking, they're yours for the creating.

And I don't sit here and pretend that that's trivial.

The reason most people never get elevated to the place of having real authority is because they're unwilling to do the personal work and the work in the world, meaning the creation of products and services that create authority. Instead, they'd rather dabble with vague language, or they'd rather essentially sell repackaged things that are someone else's authority.

And now there's a place in a space for curating valuable content. I don't decry that at all. There is a good place in space for curation, meaning assembling and creating collections and so forth.

Curating content of others, authority. You. You can do that. And that is a place, but it is not the place of real authority.

Your authority comes when you are clear, consistent, and powerful and people can see and trust you. People start to trust authority because it's stable. And what do I mean by that?

Well, when you work with people or talk to people or deliver videos or talks or podcasts, people know intuitively that you have thought it through, that you have lived it, because it's manifest in who you are, that you've tested it, structured it, that you own it. Right? Those are the foundation pieces of authority.

Like you and I have a BS meter when someone's talking and claiming this, that, and the other, and it's baloney. We feel awkward. And here's the other thing that's scary that people do.

If you or I were talking to someone about something that we want to sell or that we want to convince them of, and we don't have authority, we start to feel squirmy, right? We start to feel awkward because we cannot claim true authority. So authority means.

And people can feel that you've thought it all the way through, that you've lived it, you've tested it, you've structured it, you own it. And that ownership comes through in both language and energy. And energy is way, way, way. The most important part. Authority isn't volume, okay?

And I've written a whole bunch of books, 24, I've got 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 more in various stages of development that will be out in the next two or three years. I do about three a year. But authority isn't volume. Authority is coherence. Let's give the best example of that, is a laser.

A volume of light can warm the whole patio, warm the whole park.

But if I take all the light that is shining on a big park and I concentrate it as coherent light on a single spot, it becomes a zillion times more powerful. You know, lasers shoot down airplanes. They burn holes through steel and concrete and anything else.

And the development of more and more powerful lasers in that context is underway. And, you know, the idea of what they can do for good things is good and as weapons is terrifying because that coherence is power.

And so if you want authority, which creates purpose, prosperity and joy, and it's certainly important in creating cash, your message has to be clear and coherent. It has to be lived. It has to be the truth. Okay? You become trusted when you're. When your truth has a structure to it.

You know what it's like to hear someone that's baloneying, baloneying. That's not a word that's speaking things that are marginal or not true. It feels awful. Do you want to go take a bath? When you're.

Truth has real structure and it's founded on what you've lived, then you have authority. If your message changes, when your mood changes, you don't have authority yet. Okay? If you are. If.

If you personally don't live your truth, you don't have authority. If you aren't the messenger, the embodiment of your truth, you don't have authority. Neither am I. Okay?

I am not saying you, only me, all of us, and I speak so passionately about this because it's a bridge that I've crossed, a path that I've walked, a mountain that I've climbed, a place that I bled on the floor to get to this. You know, my story.

f these episodes I started in:

It simply invited my change. And I have walked the road ever since, not perfectly stumbling around mistakes, jumping up and down, etc.

Like we all do, but I've been walking over that path regardless of the blood on the floor or the effort that it takes. Okay, so that's what I've been doing.

And now here we are, 19 years later, and I have now all of the things that I've listed and the clarity and the certainty that I certainly didn't have before, and I have it now. And so that's how come I know, number one, it works for you to create your ultimate life purpose, prosperity and joy.

So when I say it works, I mean manifesting in the real world with purpose, prosperity, including cash, influence, making a difference, all those things that we talk about in the world, you can have them. I've walked the road and I have them. And that isn't to say yay me, it's to say, I know the way.

One of the most important and lovely things that I get to do is help people walk that road. You know, just before recording this episode, I was testing a bot that I'm having a developer work on, and I haven't named it yet.

I might call it the Sovereign Architect.

It's really coached by Kellen, and it is an effort to put the coaching and the experience that I have into a platform so that it's available to people, be available to my clients, but also make it available to others. And the re. The reason is because there's lots of folks that aren't ready for intense work, lots of people that aren't ready for real.

You know, it's the wrong time or the wrong season or whatever, but they're still yearning. And so I thought, how can I help more people? And that was an answer. And I don't know.

I don't know how successful that will be, but I was working on it and the test was as I interacted with it and worked through coaching, you know, scenarios starting somewhere and then having exchanges, 10 or 15 exchanges back and forth to see how well it was performing, how well does it get to the core of a message and help me with that? And it was interesting to see the strengths and the weaknesses and the things that still need to Be fixed because there's an offering.

It's a thing that I want to do, but if I didn't have a clear method and message, I wouldn't be able to do that. I've written lots of books to do that also. And it's easier today.

You can build a bot, you can build an app, you can write a book, you can create a program. It's easier and faster today than it's ever been. And you know what that means. That means me and you, we got less excuses.

You want to write a book before you had to have an agent make a proposal, and it was long, and then they took it and edited the crap out of it, and it was not your voice anymore. And on and on and on. Right? That's. Those days are over. Creating a course used to be hard, and you had to have platforms.

When I first looked at podcasting, oh, the. The platforms and the integration, it was just difficult. So I didn't do it then.

I finally started now seven years ago, and it's much, much easier now, just like all of this is. So this podcast is dedicated to one purpose, your ultimate life.

Dedicated to every possible way I can help you have all the purpose, prosperity and joy you can stand and help people in the process. Love yourself in the process. Be rolling in cash in the process. My goal from that 300 million people I reach, I'm going to create 3,000 millionaires.

Already have done some. It's already working okay. And then 300 DECA millionaires for those that are really ready to cross the bridge and, you know, live in the fire.

3,000 Millionaires. 300 Deca millionaires. Why would I want to do that? It isn't so I get to have a badge. I couldn't care less about that. It is because our. Yours and my.

Our ability to create something valuable with that kind of clarity and consistency and framework that we can offer to people is directly related to our ability to create cash. Because if we can create results, like, coaching is not about the coaching, it's about the result.

If I help you by talking about a book, but I don't help you write it and publish it and get it in the world and make a product and do something with it. I haven't done very much. All I've done is talk about your story in a book. That's nothing.

We've got to take it over the goal line, get it finished, get it published, get a product created, get you in the world, get some publicity, get some sales, and get some cash that. That's the end goal of that kind of creation. It's not the end goal of every creation. And money is not the be all end all of anything.

So I, I, when we talk about your story in books, to me that's the best way to do it. So I've mentioned this in other episodes. I'll mention it briefly here. I have a program called Book to Bank.

And that of course is exactly what it says. Book to bank, right. Book to bank is not write a book and hope it's not publish and pray. It's not becoming an author for ego.

It's not collecting a title. So you can say, I'm a best selling author. Although that happens.

Bookto bank is your story or your learning into a message, your message into a book, a book into the authority as one element. Book is not the only thing, but a book into authority. Authority into an offer, an offer into cash in your pocket, an income into impact.

Because at the end of the day, you want to make a difference or you wouldn't be doing what you're doing. You want to help alleviate suffering, reduce pain, help people past particular problems. Maybe you're an expert in grief.

Maybe you're an expert in what happens when you lose a child. Maybe you're an expert in recovering from addiction or having to deal with that in your family.

Maybe you're an expert about learning what real commitment is and helping people go to that place and make real commitments. Maybe you're an expert in cleaning up messes that have come before and rebuilding your life.

I've met many people recently that are focused on women growing into the truth of who they are. They have lived what felt like subservient roles for a long time. Maybe mother, wife, maybe not those.

They're not subservient, by the way, but some people have felt that way. And they're either done with that or don't want to do that anymore. And they're looking for real something they view as real contribution.

Often it's those that have finished with that and then said, now what? You know what the truth is? The truth is, is you're insanely valuable. I love those ladies that I'm talking to.

It's been ladies, the women that are dedicated to helping women create that breakthrough, not just for the sake of breakthrough, but then to do something with it, to make the impact they're yearning to make. Okay, all of us are built to love and serve. And how that shows up is the yearning to make a difference, to help people. People say that all the time.

I want to help people. And then, of course, we dig in. How? What are you uniquely qualified to do? And it's not asked in the spirit of, well, what can you do to help people?

Because the answer is a lot, always. No matter where you are, what's happened. So it's a genuine digging. Okay, good. How are you best able? Who are the people who need you the most?

Who are the people that need exactly the stories and struggles and things that you've been through? Who are they? How can we reach them? What is the offer, the program, the product, the process that you have that they will immediately recognize?

That's for me, I feel exactly like that. That's the process. Okay, so let me say that again. You've got to turn your journey, your story into a message.

You've got to put your message in a book. And people say, oh, I don't have to. Okay? But it's simply the best way, the most effective, the most strategic way. Why?

Because it takes work to get it organized that way. I see that again and again in the people I help.

But anyway, you take that and turn it into authority because it's your lived experience, and now it's coherent, and you turn that authority into one or more authors. Excuse me, offers to those people you need to serve. And there's all kinds of ways to do that.

I have 12 different ways you can turn your authority into offers. And those offers turn into income only after they've been clear and you have identified exactly who needs them.

And that income lets you create the impact. The book is not the bank. The book's the backbone. Okay? Your book organizes your truth, and the offer monetizes the transformation.

Book to bank is how your becoming becomes valuable in the marketplace. A book without an offer is just unfinished authority. Now, there's some reasons why people are scared of building authority, okay?

Taking that set of experiences and creating the authority that you could create, the. That you actually already know you have, but nobody else does. Okay. But here's why they avoid it.

The things I hear most often, building authority requires choosing a lane. Oh, I can help everybody. And they're afraid to choose a lane. They're afraid if they make a declaration, it will be wrong and they'll fail.

Well, you can always change things, but if you don't pick a lane, you try to drive all over the road, you're a mess, and all you're going to do is crash and burn. Trying to help everybody means you truly help nobody. I know you've heard that before, and it's true now and and every time you heard it.

So you got to choose, Elaine. Building authority requires me and you to tell the truth. That often means being vulnerable. It often means sharing things.

It often means understanding people deeply. It always means learning to listen and remembering that nothing is about you anymore. You've already walked this road.

The value we bring is because I walked it. How can I help? And puffing up your your own accomplishments is the last thing you need.

People will know the truth when you have helped them and created the result that we want. Building authority requires making a promise.

Vague statements like I help you get out of your own way or you know all of the hundred ways to say that are useless. You got to make a promise and do whatever it takes to keep. Building authority means you're going to be rejected. It means creating haters.

It means being visible. It means all that. Now you can decide how visible and you can decide which methods. You can do it all by networking.

You can do it all, you know, in, in different ways. You don't have to necessarily go become a social media anything. Don't even have to use social media.

I've got a friend that created a successful business not using social media and he's got a course about that now. Building authority also means charging real money. People are often afraid to do that.

They're afraid to have the money conversation and to have a real price for the transformation you've offered. Well, either you if that's true, either you don't believe in your transformation or it's fake.

Because if you really believe to the core of your soul in the transformation that has happened for you and your ability to help others, then there's no question about its value. Creating authority means being seen and some people have a fear of that. Creating authority also means being responsible for the result.

Now, I've got to put a caveat on there. If you're helping someone and they refuse to be helped, that you're not responsible for that.

But being responsible means what you have is true, it's real, and you've got cases to prove it. People avoid authority because it's safer to keep in inspiration mode to stay there, right? Inspiration feels holy and authority feels exposed. Right?

That's why people hide in spiritual possibility. They're afraid of marketplace responsibility. If you never make an offer, your message never has to stand up under weight.

If you never charge, you never have to find out whether your values clear the market isn't your enemy. It's where your services become measurable. So I invite you to Step into your authority. I invite you to love yourself enough to share what you do.
