You've got dreams and aspirations of hitting six figures, or you are on track like you are close, like you are circling those four 5K cash months and you know, once you get to like four or 5K cash months. Scaling to six figures becomes so much easier. So you've built something real. You've proven you can sign clients, deliver results, and grow a business that matters.
But somewhere between kind of, you know, those four to 5K months, what I would say is things start to feel messy, right? You feel like you need to work harder, you feel like you need to post more content. You feel like you need to just literally be doing all of the things. And that's actually not the case from my experience.
Right? So the thing is, some months for you might feel really quite expansive. Others might feel like you're pushing through mud. And that's because hitting six figures isn't actually about doing more. It's about becoming more and aligning your subconscious, your identity and strategy and brand so that everything moves in the same direction.
So today's podcast episode, we are really gonna be diving into that subconscious reprogramming that you need to hit six figures, identity alignment, a strategy and product suite that actually supports your next level. And branding and position that positions you as the obvious choice. Now, I am a big believer in the subconscious work.
I'm a certified mindset coach. I'm a business mentor, and what I realized was actually for the last 10 years I was doing the subconscious work. I just didn't know it was the subconscious work. So this year I'm really claiming the space in the subconscious piece, and I want to talk more about this because it has hands down being the biggest transformation for not just myself, but there's so many clients that I actually work with.
he's gonna hit six figures in:We really didn't touch the strategy piece, and we didn't really touch the social media piece. Literally, she's seeing incredible results in her business, and this is what so many people don't understand. They think that they need to post more content. They think that they need to work with more influencers.
They think that they need to do more lives. They think they need to go to more networking events and all those things definitely have a space in your business. I'm not, not discounting any of it. Until you get your subconscious , on board, nothing is gonna work. I see this time and time again because 95% of your reality is programmed, your subconscious.
So if you are feeling like you are constantly doubting yourself, you are not feeling enough, you are second guessing, you've got imposter syndrome constantly, you are gonna be taking action from that place. And if you're taking action from that place, can you imagine the energy that you are emitting in your business and out there in the 3D?
So therefore, things become really difficult, and this is what I'm really big on actually, is that your frequency has to match. Where you are going and your energy. And in order for you to tap into the quantum field, I know I'm getting a bit vu now. The subconscious has to be on board. So let's dive into this.
So if you don't mind knowing my story, I just really want to share this because if you are circling those three, 4K months, or if you've got big desires to hit six figures, you're ex extremely ambitious. I hear you. I've not been born into money. I've had working class parents. I don't have a rich husband that, you know, funds my lifestyle.
I have built my business. And my life from the ground up. So I know this . Path very intimately. So 10 years ago, I was literally living in my overdraft. I was working for like 250 pounds for a month's worth of work. I had no strategy, no safety, and no savings. But what changed my life wasn't just business strategy and tactics.
It was really rewiring my identity and the subconscious mind. So over the years, literally, literally over the last 10 years, I have built, we've generated over 1 million pounds in online sales. I've, you've built a net worth of over 1 million pounds, which is just incredible. I consistently hit over six figures every year, whether that's cost of living crisis, whether that's market shifts, whether that's recessions.
And all from an Asian market, which spoiler alerts gonna be changing soon, but I'll share that soon.and I've helped so many of my clients do the same as well. I've had so many clients hit six figures as well and reach their dream income months, and even this year and last year, I was working it out.
I've probably taken like three months off, but my business continued to grow and I've built sustainable income streams, premium offers, and a brand that sells. So let's get into the episode. So part number one is all about the subconscious, of course is like I've said before, 95% of your actions or decisions and results are driven by your subconscious mind. If you are not programmed for six figure success, you are unconsciously cap yourself every time. So , this looks like.
Common subconscious blocks that come up. Fear of being fully seen or judged. Beliefs like, I'm not ready yet. I don't have time. I don't have resources, I don't have money. Deep money conditioning, which is making money is really hard. I have to slog my guts out. I'm gonna have to work 24 7. I'm gonna have to join the 4:00 AM club, and other beliefs such as, oh, I'll lose people if I grow.
People won't like me. I won't be relatable. So these are patterns that cause obviously procrastination, inconsistency, or self-sabotage, right before a breakthrough, right? And this is what exactly what happens. So you have to rewire subconscious to believe that six figures is normal, that visibility is safe, that expansion is sustainable, and the way you actually reprogram your subconscious.
And this is what I teach in all of my programs. But today I wanted to give you some. Really incredible, like starting points for this because this is a journey. You can't just do the subconscious once and you are done. It's like mindset work. It's, it's not linear and it's not a one and done. You know? I will have to be, keep doing the subconscious work for life because that's what, that's what it takes to actually reach your dream life and your desires.
You know, if you wanna build something really incredible, that's exactly what it takes. That consistency piece is so important. So this happens. You can reprogram a subconscious through hypnosis. So I have literally launched a free hypnosis. Which is so exciting. So I'm gonna leave that in the show notes for you.

I would start by doing 10 points daily. Around how you know, gratitude. I think that's really important 'cause that really sets you up in a good space.
And I know it sounds really basic, but building a business is really about nailing the basics. So making sure that you've got a mindset practice in the morning where you can be reprogramming your subconscious, you know, the hypnosis. I would really recommend you listen to that.before you go to sleep or you know, in the morning when you are, those are the two windows where the subconscious is really open.
So I would definitely do that then, and then pair it with the gratitude journaling. That's gonna be really, really powerful because you're setting yourself up for an incredible day, but you are also starting your day off in that positive vibration. So that's gonna be really important. And you know, when I started saying things like, I'm safe to hold more, my na, my business naturally expanded because I stopped unconsciously pushing success away.
and I think this is really, really important and. So many women have so many money blocks, especially in this current climate where people are like, no one's buying. No one pays in full. Everyone needs payment plans, like times are tough. I literally had a new client sign this morning, and she's just paid me in full the next three months.
No payment plans. She's also Asian. So this whole idea that no one's buying. Just bs, and I've spoken about this before. So the second piece of this, when you are reaching your success for six figures is your identity upgrade. So you really don't reach six figures by working harder. You reach it by upgrading your self concept.
So some key identity shifts that I say to my clients are things like, you know, you don't call yourself. A solopreneur or small business owner that the small business owner vocabulary is literally banned from my business. You'll never speak hear me speaking or saying small business. I can't never say that because what you say out into reality is exactly what you believe and manifest.
So you want to be saying things like CEO, right? And things like saying things like, I'll just do it myself. I remember someone years ago. We are having a discussion about having a cleaner. I do have a cleaner. I think that every woman in business should have one and feel supported. And I remember they were obviously quite triggered when I was talking about my cleaner.
And, they said to me, this was a family member, they said to me, oh, if I wanna, if I wanna do something like the saying is something like. If I wanna get something done, I'll do it myself. Something basically saying I'll do everything myself. If I want something done, I'll do it myself. That is a recipe for disaster in your business because when you are scaling to six figures and beyond in your business, you need to build systems and you need to build team support.
Now, this doesn't have to look huge. I've got a really lean team at the moment. I've got my amazing va, now I've got my tech VA kai. and then we have our amazing podcast editor. Obviously I've got my accountant, and you know, I've obviously got a mentor that I'm working with at the moment, but you need, you need a team.
Like my cleaner, Kaley, she's amazing. She's part of my team, you know, like my PT who I'm signing up with soon, they're part of your team. So really thinking about what is your identity shift and how are you speaking to yourself and, you know. Thinking that you need to keep proving your worth, that I'm worth it.
No, you don't need to keep proving your worth because you were born. Therefore, if you were born, there's like literally one in a trillion chance of you being born. Therefore you are already worthy. That's what I want to say around that. And. When your identity upgrades, your decisions follow, you start setting firmer boundaries.
You start saying no to clients who drain you and yes to the ones who align. You start creating your offers like a leader, not a freelancer. So what I also wanted to share, and I if you are my weekly newsletter list, you know I love this. I always give action steps. So I'm gonna do this in the podcast as well.
Action step for this would be to create your higher self identity is create your higher self manifesto. So this is a daily reminder of how six figure you thinks, feels and leads. That's gonna be really important. So thinking about how, how is your six figure self thinking, how is she feeling? What is she doing?
How is she leading in her business? Six Figure U is not gonna be sat there editing graphics in Canva. Six figure me going on to multi-six is literally not gonna be editing my podcast. She's not gonna be, creating graphics in Canva. She is not setting up her funnel. She's getting people to do that for her.
So it's really important that you actually get really clear on your higher self manifesto, and this is where you journal, again, amazing for the subconscious, breaking it down by thinks, feels, and leads. What is she thinking, what is she feeling, and what is she leading? And then also auditing your decisions.
Are they made from fear or your next level self? So, for example, when I was hitting six figures and I hired my first coach to actually help me, I remember her saying to me, I was like, oh my God. The investment was like literally for eight months I think it was. So it was 1,500 a month. And at that time I guys, I had no savings, had nothing.
as gonna work and it was like:she's my second coach actually, and I remember her saying to me like, are you making decisions from six figure Sean, or are you making decisions for, from. Fear, and that's where people like don't invest in themselves, don't get the support because they're making decisions from fear. They're making decisions from their old self.
They're not trusting themselves, they're not backing themselves. And that, I understand that can be really hard in entrepreneurship because. You know, the climate is already always shifting in business. Like content's already always shifting. Strategy is shifting, but what's not shifting is your subconscious, you know?
So you have to make those decisions from your next level identity, you know, because the woman who earns six figures doesn't wait for proof. She decides and the proof follows. So that's a bit more about the, the subconscious side and the the identity side. And one thing I really do help my clients as well is the strategy.
So here's the thing. Again, a lot of, entrepreneurs go wrong is that they have the energy and drive, but not the structure to hold six figure consistency. So you need to have a strategy that supports six figures. So normally six figure growth isn't built from a single offer. It's built from a strategic product suite that meets your audience at different levels of readiness.
So your product suite needs to support your income goal. You okay? You could sell as know 22 pound products throughout the year, or 50, a hundred pound products, but you're gonna have to sell a lot of them to reach six figures. So you have to think about your business like an ecosystem. Every offer feeds into the next.
So you might have a low cost offer in business. There's lots of talk around low cost offers. I will do a separate podcast episode on that. But for us, for example, our low cost offer looks like. Something that we put out recently, which some of you have purchased, which is amazing, but also my last low cost offer.
get in the room in February,:The, the link is in the show notes. So I will leave that there for you to purchase your ticket. We are gonna, we are expecting over 200 women again, which I'm so excited about. So that would be your low cost offer. Then you wanna have like your core offer, which can be something like between one to three K, which is like your main income driver, which for us looks like my Mastermind.
My mastermind is relaunching soon, which is really exciting. but that's between two, two and a half K to three K. Then you wanna have your high touch offer as well, which is your three to six K, your premium experience, your one-to-one, your mastermind, a done for you service. If you're running like an agency model, you know, working with clients in a close proximity.
And then obviously you do wanna stack this with reoccurring revenue. The worst thing to do. Every month, and I've been here at the start of my business journey is basically starting the month at zero. So at the moment, what this looks like for me is I have a, a low cost membership, which is between 40 to four to 47 pounds.
I've always got reoccurring income coming from my membership. Every month I've got a couple of clients who are on a payment plan for my mastermind and. my, like one-to-one. and then also I've got my property portfolios, so that's bringing in reoccurring revenue. Don't really wanna be starting the month on zero.
If you are, like, say in the wedding creative industry, how this used to work with me when I was a wedding planner was that basically I would take 60% deposits. And then, then obviously the four 40% would be like one month before the wedding. So 60% at booking, 40% one month before. And then very quickly you can then predict your cash flow for the year and think, okay, in June, July and August, like, I'm covered because I've got these payments coming in.
And then you can start projecting, and this is exactly how I did. when my wedding plan in business, which by the way closed, I closed it just before, it's just about to hit six figures. it's so easy to project. So that's something that's gonna be really, really powerful for you as well, is that you've got the product suite that needs to support your income goal.
And this is exactly what I help my clients with as well. So if this is like you need support with, do reach out. So your product suite is strategically built like every launch compounds on the last, creating that predictability instead of chaos in your business. So say for example, from a practical level, you've got that six figure strategy.
It might, if you've got that goal of a six figures, it would just be reverse engineering. So it might look like two high touch clients per quarter, three K each. That'd be like. You know, six K bought in. It might be 20 spaces in your core program, like your Mastermind. It might be 200 sales of low cost offer.
It might be your membership or eventing like event that's coming up. So it's no longer this pipe dream, it's math a mastery, and that's how you turn desire into direction. But the thing is. Until you remove the subconscious blocks, you are gonna find this really, really hard. You know, there might be some resistance when you know you are creating a low cost offer because you've believed that hard work is the only place that gets you somewhere, and that that is true to a certain degree.
But it does. You do. It does get to be easy as well, you know, so. The energy behind the offer is really important. Every offer should feel e, E energetically sustainable, not like a sprint because you don't wanna have the whole six figures once you wanna hold it effortlessly. And this is exactly what I've been doing.
I'm just so proud of myself that in an Asian market that historically does not apparently spend, I've been able to hold it and scale it every year to a point where. Then I'm scaling my property portfolio, and this is where, and I'm not trying to judge people, like judge business coaches, but this is where I see like the real big business coaches falling down.
They're creating like a hundred K months, 200 k months. But at the end of the day, if you're not creating, this is my opinion anyway, people might disagree, but if you're not creating generational wealth, like what's the point? They're reinvesting. They're reinvesting, which is important, but you look at their net worth.
I've got a higher net worth than people that are doing like a hundred K, 50 K months, which is completely wild. Like obviously we do multi figure months in my business as well, but. It's crazy to think that people are not building like assets. I think this is obviously a whole different conversation and I don't wanna go off on tangents, but building assets is something that's so important.
Like property, is so important because you want your, you want your business to work harder for you. So, yeah, I've been doing property for a really long time. It's been like over a decade. it's not something that I teach on, but if you're interested, you can always drop me a dm, but I've got some advice for that.
Okay. So the part four of this is you need branding. Branding that positions you for premium growth? I love branding. So when I had my wedding planning business, my branding was on Bleak. It was Chef's Kiss. It was incredible. and at the moment we are going for a bit of an, branding, upgrade. but branding is something that I, I love doing.
I really love bringing a vision to life. I help my clients a lot with their branding. I can tell when a good brand looks good and how it feels good. but your brand isn't, isn't just about how it looks. It's how it feels. It's your energetic fingerprint. It's, that makes clients stop scrolling and say, I don't know what it is about her, but I trust her.
So if you wanna scale to those six figures, your brand needs to reflect authority, clarity, and depth. So again, it's not just about branding. So many people just think, oh yeah, I'll get branding out there and I'll, I'll look luxury. But it's the actual messaging behind it. It's the actual positioning.
It's the actual visual identity, and then it's the personal brand that's so important as well. So when you are subconscious on identity of brand and in full alignment, you do really do become magnetic. and that's gonna be really, really important as well. And then the final piece is around marketing that converts.
So once you've obviously integrated everything that we've talked about, your marketing naturally transforms. But I really think that the formula that works really well is that magnetic messaging and brand, you know, which is really grounded in empathy and authority and. And speaking to the subconscious desires of your ready to buy client.
ill think there is a place in:They're feeling, you know, they're, they're feeling certain feelings, but you are ready to buy buyer.is someone that you speak to from desire, so you are not, you know, I wouldn't ever put on my sales page, oh, you've tried everything. You are stuck in zero income, pound, months, you've done the courses, you've done this, you've done that.
Like, I don't wanna be attracting those people. I don't wanna be attracting people that are constantly stuck. 'cause if they've been stuck for five years, that's okay. By the way, if you have, like, we've all been there. But do you really wanna be attracting people that are constantly stuck? I see this a lot with like low cost offers as well.
People that are buying like your low cost offers, you know, that's great that they do that, but normally sometimes those people can be, you know, they expect miracles like 20 pounds. You know, you don't wanna be speaking to those people. So you wanna be really speaking to people that you are ready to buy buyer.
And this is exactly the work that I help my clients do. Is speaking to the subconscious desires of that person that actually wants the solution that you actually offer. So that's the second part of the formula that works is obviously, like we've spoken about, is the aligned offers to be able to create safety and progression for your clients.
. It used to like maybe circa: be really, really elevated in:You know, once we, once we release those subconscious blocks, then we layer on the strategy, then we layer on the aligned product suite, then the branding and the messaging. But then if, if, like the, the foundation, it's like a house. If it's shaky, nothing else will work. And so many people don't know that.
They just think, oh, I'll just work with influencers. I'll just go to more networking events. But if the actual foundation isn't solid, nothing will stand. So that's gonna be really, really important for you. So I think one last thought was I wanna say is that energy piece is so important. You know, people can feel energy from a mile off.
And if you're feeling like constantly, you know, doubting yourself and even though you've built success, I've seen this with so many clients I've seen, I've worked with clients who are hitting like five, six K, 10 K months, 20 K months, scaling to six figures, but they still have that. Negativity, and that's a little bit of imposter syndrome and self-doubt.
We need to, you are never, ever gonna completely remove all blocks and be fully healed. I don't really believe in that, but you can really get to a point where you are feeling really confident. You are feeling really comfortable. Things are magnetizing towards you. And that's gonna be really important because people feel it.
They buy faster, not because you convinced them. Because they trust you through your energy. So. Just some closing thoughts here then. So scaling to six figures isn't luck. It's not about hustle, it's not algorithm magic. It's really rewiring that subconscious beliefs that keep you playing small. It's really stepping into your six figure identity daily.
It's really about building a strategy and product suite that supports sustainable growth and creating a brand that speaks for you before you even say, oh. And when you layer those four pieces, six figures becomes inevitable. So I'm, I really hope that this podcast episode really resonated with you. but I've got some really exciting news as well.
