In this episode, I speak with Kasper Mai Jørgensen, co-founder of Polimec Foundation, a decentralised community-driven fundraising platform for Web3 that helps other startups raise funds via blockchain. We dive into Kasper’s startup story and discover how his curiosity has driven his innovative ideas.

Kasper has a background in compliance and accounting and he’s been in the startup game for around 8 years. He shares with us how this led to starting Polimec. Kasper breaks down the product for us and we learn about the state of blockchain technology today and it’s real use cases. We also speak about how ease of use can be just as important as the product’s use cases. Kasper also shares the lessons that he learned from his first startup that didn’t go to plan.

I ask Kasper how scaling and hiring have been for Polimec and Kasper speaks about both the challenges and the reason why hiring for blockchain positions is easier in 2023. And finally, I ask Kasper for his number one piece of advice for entrepreneurs.
