  📍 This one little embodiment twist has been an absolute life saver for me in one of the most difficult personal and professional , years of my entire life.

📍  This practice is good for those hard things, conversations where you need to raise your rates or leadership moments where you have to communicate standards and you want to do that with kindness or completing admin tasks like your finances or taxes that feel overwhelming. Or maybe the hub that you're navigating is letting yourself rest when your mind is telling you to work or sticking with a creative project even when your imposter syndrome is screaming.

Or speaking up and being seen and saying what's in your mind, even when it is a piece of you that's telling you to, that nobody cares and to be quiet. If you stay until the end of the episode, you're going to learn why you actually cannot. Manifest anything you want and why you need to be very mindful and careful of practitioners who, or coaches or whatever they are, who tell you that you can and then sell you a program to do so.

Okay, let's get into the practice going to be really, really quick. Take a few deep breaths. Pull your shoulders back. We're going to lean back. And there's a Something inside of you right now, that's why you clicked on this podcast, that's telling you that, that this is difficult. You're maybe experiencing some type of tension in your chest or your belly feels like it's going to bottom out, or you've just got racing thoughts.

Just breathe for a second. Notice them. You don't have to stop anything you're doing. Just, ah, can I just notice what inside of me right now feels uncomfortable or what inside of me is telling me that this is hard. But I can't do it. And then just lean back a little bit more and broaden your shoulders a little bit more.

Bring your attention to your spine and see that you have this whole back body full of bones. You've got your feet on the ground. You've got the backs of your thighs. You've got your spine, you've got your rib cage, you've got your shoulders, you've got your neck and you've got this skull and you have this whole bone based structure that is heavy, that is dense, that has living within it a whole experience.

It's This structure inside of you holds your entire experience. Meaning there is a piece of you in your body and in your energy and in your spirit that observes and holds and has space for everything. And so just allow all of that stuff, all of the thoughts, all of the feelings, all of the emotion, all of the twisting and turning inside of your belly to hang out here in the space

for the next 30 seconds. You don't have to fix it. You don't have to change it.

What you're going to do, it's going to take your right hand. You're going to place it on your heart on that left side of your body. And you're going to say to yourself, and trust me, take the time to do this. It makes a big difference. You're going to say to yourself, there's a couple of words that you wish somebody would say to you right now.

Even if it is, Hey, really sucks that you're doing this and you're feeling lonely. Or, Hey, I'm really sorry that we didn't find a way to make this easier earlier. I'm working on it. You are smart. You know what you're doing. You can figure this out. People care about what you have to say. Your rest is so valuable and people need you nourished and you need you nourished.

You can trust your voice. You can trust your intuition.

You're not too much.

Let that settle into your body for a moment.

And then

anchor into, you can pause if you need more time, but the next step is to anchor into whatever you need to be true to help you with the dilemma that you're facing at the moment. This might just be hanging out the washing.

It might be having that hard conversation, but what do you need to be true? So that sentence might be, I know what I'm doing. I can figure this out. It might be, I believe you. It might be something completely different, but what do you need to be true? It might just be people want to hear your voice. I don't know, but feel that thing in your body.

It's okay if this is confusing. It's quite advanced and it's difficult to explain in depth on a podcast. But what do you need to be true so that you can feel supported today? Anchor that into your body. Identify where you feel it in your body. I usually feel it in my shoulders. I pull my shoulders back. I pull my ribs in.

Some of you might feel like a heaviness in your legs. Or softness in your mind. Can you feel that? And for the next 17 seconds, we're just going to focus on feeling that. Increase it as much as you can. You're just feeling that. You're just feeling that sensation. 10 more seconds, breathing in. And

from this place, there is an action that you need to take. I want you to ask yourself, what is the next thing to do from this place? As it relates to your challenge or the thing that you're learning to make easier, the thing that is difficult. The reason you came to this podcast, what is that thing? Now go and do it.

A lot of people think that success is about expanding into the version of yourself that can hold more money or do harder things I disagree I don't think you need to change anything about who you are. I think that These are practices and tools that are skills Earning more money isn't about becoming a new version of yourself.

Having a better relationship isn't about becoming a new version about yourself. It's about learning how to tap into the part of you that can hold it all. It's about learning the skill of somatic intelligence and the skill of resilience and the skill of regulation and embodiment, applying it to the way that your brain works, your, your body works, your business work, your life works.

This particular skill comes from a chapter in my book where we talk about somatic intelligence for success and how to achieve that without burnout. It's something that I'm going, that I teach my clients and have been for many years inside of body based business, which is my one on one, um, Business building program, and it's something that I will be teaching inside of the academy, which is a community and a very accessible and a very, very flexible, very, very supportive place, kind of like a cocoon where you build your business, you build your bank account, and you build your connection with your body, your connection with your authority inside.

Can we talk about the fact that you can't just manifest anything and that if somebody's trying to sell you some manifestation program so that you can learn to manifest anything they're lying to you. I mean like you could manifest anything if you had a finite amount of time energy and effort in this entire world and like pranic life force energy inside your body which you don't you have what's available to you.

Manifest stuff, your body has to be so secure and safe with it. And your beliefs have to align, and your reality has to align, and your spirituality has to align, and then there's all the uncertainty of things that we don't understand. So, when somebody tells you that you can manifest anything and it only costs 2, 000 to learn how, Be careful. It's not that simple. You have control, you have responsibility, but it's not infinite. 📍
