Join in as we pull a card with a special message we all needed to hear today. "ASK FOR HELP". This seems simple enough, yet it can be one of the hardest things to ask for - especially as an actor.

Here are some possible reasons you might avoid reaching out to others for help.

• As an actor, you are constantly feeling rejected in your craft, so why would you reach out for help to possibly be rejected again?
• People have probably let you down in the past and you're scared to seek help because of it.
• You don't want to impose and bring others down with your problems and concerns.
• You don't want to be a burden to others....

There are many reasons you might be scared to help, but there are people who love you and want to help in any way they can. You are strong, but there are times where you can't do everything alone. Surround yourself with people who support you, lift you up and will always listen with an open mind and heart.

Be well my creative friend. You are not alone and there is always help. You just have to ask!
