If so, this episode is for you because we are going to talk about the healthy way to use goals for yourself to create true and lasting change. I want to teach you how to use goals as supportive ideals–whether they are New Year’s Resolutions or goals you’ve set any other time of year— rather than another way to beat yourself up.
