Shownotes

In 2014, while undergoing breast cancer treatment, Andrea Ferretti (@andreaferretti) fell in love with podcasts. In 2015, she decided to start Yogaland. Now, more than 275 episodes, 100+ guests, and 5.8 million downloads later, Yogaland is a favorite of yoga teachers and students around the world.

Prior to creating Yogaland, Andrea spent more than a decade as an editor at Yoga Journal, where she was fortunate to work with luminaries of American yoga like Shiva Rea, Cyndi Lee, and Maty Ezraty.

These days, Andrea’s goal is to bring all that she’s learned from practice and motherhood to help others live fully, compassionately, and with a sense of humour.
