The outdoors are gatekept. This isn't new news - outdoor sports primarily consist of white, cisgender people. Recently, gravel has made quite the splash as a sport working towards diversity. This week, Kathryn and Kristi talk to Elizabeth Allen about her experience as a black outdoor athlete.

As an athlete that enjoys sports from outdoor climbing to mountain biking, Elizabeth shares what it is like to be a POC in these spaces.
