Behavior Change starts with changing habits.
Many struggle with adopting new habits or even the simple daily behaviors that lead to a new habit often struggling with the ‘should haves’, which eventually robs us of our confidence.
When we find some consistency with simple habits, or even making different decisions, much like a workout program, we get ‘reps’ in, and that helps us form the belief we are not only capable, but successful.
Behavior change stems from 3 key pieces: Motivation, ability to do something that leads to the desired change, and prompts which allow us to follow through.
