Today’s meditation is about helping your child get grounded when they’re overwhelmed. Maybe they are not having the best day or they have a difficult challenge ahead of them. Could you do something to help them without interfering?

Hi and welcome to day two for the Conscious Parenting Challenge.

Speaker:

Now yesterday was amazing.

Speaker:

We learned to be in the center of our head and be connected with Gaia.

Speaker:

So Gaia is Mother Earth.

Speaker:

Gaia helps us to just release all the pain, all the stress, all the anxiety,

Speaker:

overwhelm, all of that so that we can feel a lot more calmer and grounded.

Speaker:

Then the other thing you did was we learned how to climb up as a

Speaker:

three year old child and be in the center of our heads in the sixth.

Speaker:

And that's amazing as well because when we are in this space, Then we can just

Speaker:

start seeing everything for what it is and we stop really reacting to things.

Speaker:

So this is a beautiful technique and a beautiful way to deal with drama

Speaker:

that might happen in your real life.

Speaker:

So whenever that happens, all you can do is just imagine, even while

Speaker:

you are in the midst of drama.

Speaker:

Imagine that connection with the centre of the earth, with the heart of Gaia.

Speaker:

Imagine that embrace, imagine that she is taking your pain away and calling

Speaker:

a gold sun so that it gives you the vibrations that you need and it can

Speaker:

just be in the centre of your head and not feel as affected by everything.

Speaker:

Isn't that simple?

Speaker:

Now, you'll have good days, you'll have bad days, some days you'll be able to keep

Speaker:

your calm, some days it isn't as easy.

Speaker:

It's okay, you're human, you're allowed, you can still keep playing

Speaker:

with your tools and keep doing the great work that you're doing.

Speaker:

So today what we will do is we will further practice these tools and I'll

Speaker:

show you how you can also use the very same technique with your children.

Speaker:

So every time you feel like they are maybe not able to listen to you or not

Speaker:

able to think for themselves really clearly, then you can use this technique.

Speaker:

Okay, so let's get started.

Speaker:

So when you are ready, just find yourself a nice comfortable corner

Speaker:

where you can give Maybe just seven minutes and sit down and relax.

Speaker:

Keep your feet flat on the floor.

Speaker:

Imagine yourself like a three year old version again, because we are

Speaker:

really going to play and have an awesome time in this meditation.

Speaker:

So imagine yourself like this curious and adventurous three year old version of you.

Speaker:

And say hello to Gaia.

Speaker:

Say hello to Mother Earth.

Speaker:

Hey Mother Earth, hey Gaia.

Speaker:

I felt amazing, when you ground it last time.

Speaker:

So let's do that thing again.

Speaker:

Why don't you pull out the grounding cord and why don't you just envelop me.

Speaker:

My body, why don't you envelop that, why don't you envelop

Speaker:

the aura layer around me?

Speaker:

And you can just start taking the stress and anxiety away from me.

Speaker:

And if you're watching my video, the other thing that might be very helpful to do,

Speaker:

it doesn't always have to be a closed eye meditation, is you could just imagine that

Speaker:

there's stuff going out from your face.

Speaker:

So especially for those of you who feel really Hard to sit still.

Speaker:

This might be a good visualization.

Speaker:

You don't have to know what you are letting go.

Speaker:

It doesn't matter.

Speaker:

Like it did not serve you.

Speaker:

That's why it's going away.

Speaker:

But just imagine that there's stuff that's going away from your space.

Speaker:

If you feel that there's any problem, anything that you're really trying to

Speaker:

solve or something that you are in the midst of, but you don't want to be,

Speaker:

all that stuff, you can just let go.

Speaker:

And it doesn't have to be just situations.

Speaker:

It could be people who are bothering you.

Speaker:

It could be at a government level, at a country level, it could be at work

Speaker:

level, it could be at partner, friends, family, children, it could be anything.

Speaker:

Just imagine that whatever is not working, whatever is causing you

Speaker:

any stress or anxiety, even a tiny little bit, you can just let that go.

Speaker:

And all that happens when you give it to the earth is that Earth just

Speaker:

takes it, turns that vibration into pure positive vibration and

Speaker:

brings it back to the universe.

Speaker:

So you're not doing any harm to anyone.

Speaker:

The more you use these tools, you will just realize how truly

Speaker:

awesome they are and how they work in the benefit of everybody.

Speaker:

You know, Earth has a vibration of free will.

Speaker:

So when you use Gaia to help You are not crossing anyone's boundaries at all.

Speaker:

You're giving them their free will back.

Speaker:

And you are taking your own free will back.

Speaker:

So win win.

Speaker:

Alright, let the earth really connect with you and make sure

Speaker:

you connect with Gaia's center.

Speaker:

Not the top.

Speaker:

Not the layer below the top, like you don't want to be at the top.

Speaker:

connect with just the sewage lines and all that shit that we have at

Speaker:

the top levels of the earth, you don't want to connect just there.

Speaker:

You want to go really down.

Speaker:

Imagine the molten center of the earth.

Speaker:

You want to imagine the heart.

Speaker:

You want to imagine the really core space of earth.

Speaker:

Connect with that.

Speaker:

That's where she's enveloping you from.

Speaker:

That's where she's got a beautiful hug around you.

Speaker:

So she's around your lower body layers.

Speaker:

She's also wrapped around your aura layers.

Speaker:

Just so that if there's anything that's not working, she can take that away.

Speaker:

So just welcome that hug.

Speaker:

And be that three year old again, and we're going to do the whole exercise

Speaker:

of working out ourselves, right?

Speaker:

So quick recap for those who couldn't join me yesterday is we

Speaker:

have seven layers in our body.

Speaker:

We have seven body major chakras.

Speaker:

In this meditation, I refer to our body sometimes like a house, so we have a

Speaker:

seven story house, so when we go from first to second, effectively, that's that.

Speaker:

So just imagine you are like a three year old child, so you went to your first

Speaker:

level of your house, and you can close the door here as much as you want, because

Speaker:

you're letting the earth take care of it.

Speaker:

Keep you safe.

Speaker:

She's going to keep your house safe.

Speaker:

Go up to the second.

Speaker:

Again, do the same thing.

Speaker:

Close the door as much as you feel comfortable with.

Speaker:

Gaia's there.

Speaker:

She's protecting you.

Speaker:

So go up to your third, go up to your fourth, again you can keep closing

Speaker:

the doors as much as you want, it's alright, go up to your fifth, and

Speaker:

then you come up to your sixth.

Speaker:

Sixth is the centre of your head, sixth is what we call the third eye,

Speaker:

so you can be either here in the sixth or you can be in the seventh.

Speaker:

And it doesn't matter, you don't have to be perfect, you can just

Speaker:

imagine that this is where you are.

Speaker:

And from here, just imagine the ghosts are above you.

Speaker:

So there's a beautiful bright golden sun above you, just like the earth has its

Speaker:

own golden sun, you have one as well.

Speaker:

And this gold sun is full of positive vibration for you.

Speaker:

And this gold sun is giving you all the vibration of love and freedom and joy.

Speaker:

And Vibrations of just being a really awesome parent.

Speaker:

So the urge is taking away what doesn't work.

Speaker:

The goal sign is bringing the positive vibrations in,

Speaker:

that's really filling you up.

Speaker:

And just be in this bliss and quiet.

Speaker:

And now bring up just one of your children in front of you, like just

Speaker:

imagine one child in front of you.

Speaker:

And what you can do is you can connect them with Gaia as well.

Speaker:

Just imagine that they are connected, you can just ask Gaia as well, that

Speaker:

hey, could you just ground my child?

Speaker:

Could you just have that envelope around my child as well?

Speaker:

And just watch Gaia do that.

Speaker:

And then you can give your child their gold sun as well.

Speaker:

So you are grounding them with their energy and they're getting goal

Speaker:

sounds of their highest vibration.

Speaker:

This is a really fun exercise to do, especially when you notice that perhaps

Speaker:

your children are sick or they're having a really tough time, a tough moment.

Speaker:

This is a very good exercise to do.

Speaker:

I will usually notice that when I do that with my son, he will immediately

Speaker:

calm down if he was having a tantrum.

Speaker:

Like the whole vibe, the whole situation just settles down.

Speaker:

So enjoy, just do that.

Speaker:

There's no harm again, the planet is set to free will, vibration.

Speaker:

So when you ground your children, you're really giving them that spiritual hello.

Speaker:

to be themselves, to enjoy the space as themselves, as the

Speaker:

spirit they were meant to be.

Speaker:

So great time.

Speaker:
