An American tourist from Kansas died after being struck by lightning while hiking Mount Etna in Sicily. Reports say he entered an area closed because of ongoing volcanic activity and was caught in a thunderstorm. Rescuers reached him by helicopter, but he later died. On an erupting volcano, lightning turned out to be the immediate danger.

I DID IT FOR THE NOOKIE… (New York Post)

Newly declassified FBI records, as reported by the New York Post, say Eric Swalwell acknowledged in 2015 that he had a sexual relationship with Christine Fang, a suspected Chinese intelligence operative. Earlier reporting had established Fang cultivated political contacts and helped Swalwell's network, but had not established a sexual relationship with him.
