Not all trainers are the same and sometimes they lack the skills necessary to deliver you results with your best interest in mind. Be careful not to select your trainer solely on their social media or because they have a certain physique.
Here are some questions to ask
- What are their beliefs in training styles?
- Ask for referrals or testimonials
- Medical/health history
- Hydration and food intake
- Ask their story
Red flags
- posting about themselves
- Being deceitful about steroids etc
- Working with fads/trends
