Home of the fried goodness. The fried goodness. We talking turkey legs. We talking fried Oreos. We talking nachos on a stick. We talking all the imaginable things that you want deep fried three times over here at the Texas Fair. That's how we know autumn is here. Not only do we got the Red River shootout between Texas State and OU, we also got, you know, the classic Grambling vs. Prayer View. You know what I'm saying?

If you know, you know, they fit to get down. It's going to be a little battle of the bands. They're going to do their things. So, yeah, it's autumn. Up north, I hear you guys like to go pick apples.

And you guys like to go, what is that? Pumpkin, you do the little pumpkin mazes and all of that good old stuff. Kudos to you. Kudos to you. All four of you guys. You know what I'm saying? Not even going to lie. You got to excuse me. I need a little, I'm a little parched right here. Okay.

Y'all going to be walking around up north. Y'all going to get to floss your winter clothing. Listen, down south of you in Texas Wait to February We're still months away from there Y'all already know how this goes It's not an everyday thing We don't have a traditional winter down here anymore The weather machine is doing this thing It's keeping all the cold air away from us We've Here On the metroplex We've hit a lot of days of 100 degree weather It's been unbearable I've taken more showers, water built through the roof, okay?

There's no rain, or as they like to remind us on the news, there's no measurable rain that they can. That means it rained, but it evaporated before it got to the ground. It rained, but it wasn't enough to say, did you feel that? It rained, but it wasn't nothing to go home and tell mommy about. And it rained so much that all of the weather people was like, yeah, bro, you know it's hot. It is what it is. Let's talk about traffic. Traffic has gotten more views than the weather because we already know what it is. We just sitting right here on Satan's anus, okay?

He just put his little hot ass on top of Texas, and it's just what it's been. You want to call this the heart of Texas? You want to call this deep end? No, no, no, no, no, no. It's just hot. It's hot. We in Satan's ass right about now. So, that's the truth. That's the truth. That's what's going on down here.

But it's autumn. It's fall time. They said it was the first day of fall two days ago. I said it still feels like summer. I wake up and it's 86 degrees. By the time I get off, it is 100 degrees. I'm sweating. I'm glistening. I'm ready to go take a shower. Woo!

The best time of the year Let me say that one more time The best time of the year Is about to be amongst us I'm talking Not only for Those who are going to see family Friends For those who are ready to step out In them clothes that they bought That they couldn't wear last year But now you know what hey they can fit them They about to step out They about to be some big steppers They for the show they for the shine From the north to the south From the north to the south That's what they feel to do y'all What I'm saying is The best time of the year September No no no no no no They just want you to remember September They just want you to remember September October November December Name another three months Name another three months in the calendar year That's messing with those three Let's think about this

You got all the Halloween parties I mean all of the baddies Is about to show you something that you ain't seen all year That means A lot of people For the get their fantasies off That they ain't be able to get off all year without judgment What is about to happen is You about to go see Big Mama that you ain't seen all year You about to go get some of that food You about to go Amy's about to bake some pies You about to see some cousins that you ain't seen maybe two, three years, or maybe you ain't seen them since last year.

It's about to go down. I know a lot of people are like, oh, I don't like that too much. I just want to be chill. I want to chill. You're lying. You might not be lying, but I don't believe you. Who don't want to be around family? Who don't want to be around friends? Who don't want to go out and have a good time? This time of the year, we already know Halloween parties.

Halloween is on a Saturday this year. If you think that the costumes ain't gonna be sexy over sexy over sexy over sexy over sexy over sexy You're crazy. You're crazy. The halloween costumes are gonna be crazy. Not only are they gonna be sexy But they're gonna be creative I'm talking every there's a whole different group of people That's got into cosplay So you know what that means new bodies, you know what that means? New creations You know what that means? Things that you ain't never thought of before That's gonna be walking around And you're gonna be like I can't believe What the Yeah yeah yeah yeah Popping it off

Get the Christmas presents out the way early That means go spend some money Who don't like spending money? People are coming off their bonuses. People are getting ready for parties. We're talking, listen, kids are out crazy. They're talking about a fall break. I ain't never had a fall break. What is a fall break?

Don't know what that is. But there's a fall break for the kids. Then there's Thanksgiving break. Then there's Christmas break. All right? That means thanks for the pop.

People feel like they start taking a lot of time off. Traveling is about to be crazy. The airport's about to be jumping. Did I mention the parties? Did I mention getting together with family and friends? Did I mention that whatever this air is that they pump into the atmosphere, whatever that is, it makes us feel good. Now, I know some of y'all are like, we're nerdy. What about those people who've lost loved ones during this time? Let me tell you something.

Grieving is always an ongoing process. That's something that I understand. You're never going to stop grieving for the ones that you lost. The ones that you loved and lost. The ones that you really care about. The ones that made you feel the way. When they were here, the one that was so special. You're never going to stop grieving. But guess what? They don't want you to stop living.

So they're going to keep living. Maybe you might not be hyped as everybody else and want to go out and be around people. But there's going to be something. Whether you like to sit in your house and watch Christmas movies from November 1 all the way to when they stop showing them in January. Come on now. Talk about it. Talk about it. Huh? Huh? Talk about it.

Okay? It's truth.

They're going to find something. If they just say, I need to put on something. I need to put on that ish. I need to put on that. I'm going to work. I ain't got no little ones, but I'm going to step out. I know I'm going to work. I'm going to work for half a day. I'm going to put that issue on. I'm going to make heads turn when I walk in this bad boy.

I'm going to make people be like, whoa, whoa.

Okay, okay, I see you. That's how it works. You see, we don't stop. We keep going. That's the reality.

October, November, December does something to us. Some people get in the mix of it and they be like, oh, I can't wait until it's over. You know why you can't wait till it's over with? Because you're doing a lot You do a lot When I say you do a lot I'm talking You're cooking You're running around for others You're being selfless You're going to get the gifts that your kids want Your spouse want You're being thoughtful You're being creative You're using a lot of more energy that you use Than any other time of the year We're talking high levels We're talking work We're talking family We're talking high friends We talking about being all of that Some of y'all out there are going to Thanksgiving Some of y'all are going to Friendsgiving Some of y'all are going to Girlsgiving Some of y'all are going to Brosgiving I heard that, yeah I know Brosgiving What is Brosgiving, man listen Sound a little funny to me That's all I want to say Sounds a little funny to me I won't be in no Brosgiving But you know what I'm saying Because I don't know what Brosgiving And I ain't trying to receive what the Bros is giving If you understand what I'm saying But as I move through I dare anybody to challenge me out there Tell me what's another three months In the calendar year That they gotta run like this That's gonna make you feel Even though you may be exhausted When January comes But even you ending that month With a bang Before you go into January You finishing off that three month run With a bang Banger after banger We're bringing in a new year.

Blame Netflix for that, okay? I know I'm doing a lot of name dropping, but don't worry about it. It's cool.

This is how people let a lot of things slide during this time. You know what I'm saying? People let a lot of things slide during this time. It's like, you know what? All right, boo. But some of us, if you're down south, and that heat's still knocking on your shoulder, right there, just, ah, the heat is hot. It might be a little irritating. You might get popped, okay? So be careful.

You got to wait until we get, when we wake up and it's like 60, and then it's 50, like wake up and it's like 60, and then it don't get past 85. So that's where you want to keep it at, okay? That's where you want to keep it at. If you don't keep it, if it ain't 85 or below down in the South, and it's like November, yeah, I advise you to stay in the house. You might get clapped, okay? I'm just being honest with you. Statistics, you know what I'm saying? Like when the price of ice cream, like when ice cream sales go up, we know the rate of murder goes up too.

You've been moving and shaking for the last three months. You've been selfless for the last past three months. I need my pumpkin latte. Can I get some creamer?

OK, if you really look at it, even with Hollywood, they don't they ain't got no new stories. They just keep repeating the same shit over and over and over again. I don't watch the shit, but I see what y'all doing and I'm proud of y'all. You know what I'm saying? Sometimes you got to slap a lot of shit against the wall until until it stick. you know what i'm saying y'all gotta step it up on the cookies this year okay nothing but cake hey them little flavors that y'all got them regular old lemon red velvet all that that's a straight up pound cake i know what that is pound cake i used to make those back when i was in school i made thousands of freaking pound cakes y'all can step it up okay i'm just gonna put that out there y'all can step it up do some different flavors do some holiday flavors or whatever it is but that's it i know it sound like i'm rambling but i'm not this is real i'm letting y'all know that the next three months it's about to be crazy it's the best time of the year and i want you to be prepared i want you to drink whatever you need to drink i need you to hey it's here it's time to be selfless it's time to be grateful it's time to be thankful it's time to We are most of the finish line.

People step it up. If your job's stretching, you don't worry about it. You know what they're going to do. You know what they're going to do. Hey, some of y'all jobs will say, hey, I need you here. I'm going to get you here. I need you here, but I'm going to get you on here. Some of y'all are going to go have great Christmas parties. Some of y'all are going to get company cards. Some of y'all are going to go wild.

Some of y'all are going to know how to finesse it. Y'all going to go to a bar. Yo. Do X, Y, Z. Flip this. Don't put the drinks on this. But we putting the drinks on this. On real. But make the receipt. Add up to this.

And look like this. And we got that. Put the number on the bottom. We know how to. Just make it add up to this. We'll click it. Pow pow. There you go.

We know how to do it. Some of y'all know how to do it. I ain't creating no fraud or nothing like that, but there's ways around it. Show your teams a good time. Make sure that your people are great. Don't be a poo putt. Don't be a poo putt. If you're on a team and you grumpy, get that shit out of here. It's the best time of the year. You happy, they'll be happy.

Be cheerful. Show your people that, hey, we in this. We made it this far. Not a lot of people made it this far. Not a lot of people is going to make it to October. Not a lot of people is going to make it through November.

A lot of people are not going to make it to Christmas. A lot OF people are not going to make it into next year.

So what you need to do is be grateful, be happy, be thankful, be kid-like. See, people think, oh, Halloween is just for kids, and it's no, no, no, no, no, no.

Halloween, it'S the devil. It'S the devil. No, it's not. That may be what it was rooted in, but let me be honest with y'all.

Halloween is to remind you about the kid that you have inside of you. It is to remind you about the creativity that's inside of you. It takes you back to a simpler time. Kids couldn't wait to go trick or treating. They didn't really care what kind of outfit that they had on. Some people was out there wearing freaking sheets. A lot of them was just out there in their school clothes. Hey, I got a pumpkin bucket. You got some candy. You got some candy, Miss Ma'am.

I need to go over here. They're giving out the large-sized candy. I'm tired of all this fun-sized candy. What did they do? As soon as they got back to the house, they dumping all that candy out because they want it. It's like they want some Scroogeman Duck type stuff. Look what I got. I got it. I'm dripped out in candy.

I'm dripped out in candy. It's candy, but guess how much of that candy they're going to eat? Not even 10%. not even 10%, unless your parents just don't give a shit about your teeth, and they got money like that to take you to the dentist and all that shit, but then that's a whole other story, but I ain't here for that, because guess what, I know what the dentist costs, I ain't paying for no damn dentist, I understand why the dentist, you know they get the money that they get, but I ain't paying for no goddamn dentist, so guess what, they gonna eat 10% of that candy, they gonna space that shit out, over a couple of weeks, and that's it, the rest of that candy, going to the yard bitch, but guess what, that's a win for the candy company, because the candy company, I already know that we're gonna throw the majority of that damn candy away, But guess what?

They got bank.
