Unveiling the Hidden Dangers of Amyloids and Industrial Raised Meat

This health episode centers around the topic of Amyloids, proteins that can activate auto-immunity conditions such as cancer or neurological issues. Amyloids originate from the food supply, particularly from poorly raised animals. Consuming meats like chicken, pork, or turkey raised in industrial conditions can contribute to an increased concentration of Amyloids in our bodies. I emphasize the need for quality food and urge you to connect with local farmers to source ethically raised meat. Listeners are encouraged to monitor their body's responses to different foods, lifestyle choices and exercise routines to identify potential adverse effects. Amyloids' potential role in triggering disorders like PANDAS disease and multiple sclerosis is also touched upon.

Welcome friends. The Monday minutes, the reality of health podcast.

If I haven't already scared you enough on all the things that can harm you. Well, you're in for a doozy now.

Sorry to have to bring this to you, but. You know, nowadays. Once you learn.

What's Harmon you now you can fight back.

We're talking about amyloids, a M Y L O I D S. Come from your food supply. And they can turn on. Auto immunity conditions like. Cancers.

If you believe in viruses may turn those on to.

I just think viruses are pretty much just parasites and EMF. Dr. David Cowan states that they're probably just. EMF frequencies either way. Amyloids activate. And wreak havoc in your body. Guess what. The amyloids can make biofilm from your DNA fragments. In your gut. And then the biofilm can actually make even more amyloids. Yeah. It's like a two way street.

Where do they come from? Well, the number one way to get them. And it's pretty much the only way I think at this point. It's poorly raised animals. They're super high end amyloids.

And then you.

Concentrate these amyloids in your body.

The worst meat. Chicken. 📍 Yep. The number one, consumed meat on the planet.

It's one of the worst food animals you can put in your body. Unless they're raised ethically. Pork's the other one. So let's Turkey. But industrial raised chicken. Or industrial raised pork Turkey. Cattle. Elk doesn't matter what it is. It's any living creature.

They develop amyloids in their tissue.

And then those concentrate in your body.

Industrial raised chicken is so high in amyloid content that it actually has been proven to shorten your life. Wow. It literally kills you slowly. Y Erik. Sounds super weird. There's this substance called amyloids. I've never heard of in my whole life. And now all of a sudden it's killing me slowly.

Yeah. I tortured animals. They create what's called truncated protein structures in their body, and then you eat them. There's no way to cook them out. There's no way to process them out. You digest them. Absorb them. And then those amyloids create biofilm from the DNA fragments in your gut. Those multiply every four to five days.

Anyway. And remember biofilm. Is where all the parasites and the mold live. We've talked about this biofilm several times.

If you don't remember biofilm fortifies, things like lipid structures in your body, one of those. Liberal structures. Is known as strep.

Also mold and candida.

There's a doctor named Terry Cochran. She's worked with a lot of kids in her practice. Adults do, but with the children, she seen this actually happen. Kids who have this. Amyloid created biofilm. Then creates strep. She says that the strip is actually neurological.

So when she's working to get rid of the amyloids biofilm, they no longer have what's called pandas disease.

Pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcal infections. Yeah. Such a thing.

So when she's working with getting rid, where did these amyloids biofilm.

These kids no longer want to kill their parents. Yes, that is one of the side effects. Of Panda's disease. Is, they have. Really severe neurological diseases of all kinds, and they create even more neurological diseases. Basically it just wreaks havoc on the brain.

Work on the biofilm from the amyloids. Panda's disease gone. See everyone thinks that their brain is just their brain and their mind is just their mind, but that's not always the case. Things that live in you.

Problems that you have in the side effects of anything can tell your brain what to think or what to do. So you think this is just an evil person come to find out it's because they're eating chicken.

Guess what also increases amyloid activation in the body. That would be oxalates. Oh, yeah. We've talked about those before. Remember I told you two of the worst foods you can eat are kale and spinach loaded. They are loaded with oxalates.

If you remember what else I told you that would be. High in oxalates. almonds. And of course. Everyone's favorite. Chocolate.

Are you telling me, Erik? I can't have chocolate anymore. I'm not saying you can't, but it comes with a side of oxalates. Or also known as kidney stones.

Now do you see why I give you information? Like don't eat these foods episode, and then later I tell you why in the future episodes it's all connected. Just because somebody tells you something is good for you. Doesn't mean it is. And I can say the same for myself. I can tell you that you should eat. More meat, go grass fed, pasture raised, or farm raised. Regenerative raised. Because it don't hurt the animals in there.

We don't have amyloid. Concentrations in their meat. But then you have a genetic situation where you can't digest protein. Yeah, there is such a thing.

Can't believe everybody. Especially those trying to sell you. There are. Way too many scenarios going on at all times that affect your body. To know exactly what is causing all of your problems or just your single disease. So, all you can do is take in all the information you can, you can start connecting the dots. Write down how you feel. After you do things like eat certain foods or just eat your meals. When you exercise, if you go for a walk. You know, if you get in the sun, change the products you use on your body, or if you change the clothing you wear. After you meditate or pray, or you do breathing exercises or yoga or whatever you're doing after that, write down how you feel.

You know, not just the minute after you're done, but. Maybe at the end of the day, just think about it. Say, oh, you know, that didn't make me feel so good. Now, you know what you can and can't do. It's pretty rare.

That one thing causes the one problem that you have, it might be a combination of a few things, but how would you know, if you don't write it down?

How can you connect dots on paper? If you've never put the dots on the paper? I mean, it's simple.

And because amyloids can turn into all kinds of autoimmune conditions in the body. You need to know, how do you feel after you eat chicken? If I eat regular industrial chicken, I do not feel well afterwards. I can tell you that for a fact. I know that. But you can turn on things like. Multiple sclerosis. I have a doctor who actually cured someone of Ms by going after amyloids.

Yes. Total cure. 10 years later. Totally fine.

And no, this is not an episode that's telling you to go vegan. Veganism has all kinds of other problems associated with it. This is a call to action for you to consider what you're buying. What you're putting into your mouth. Everything has repercussions. They could either be good or bad. Maybe now you see how important it is to look for the quality in your food. The companies don't care about the quality of the food.

They're just trying to sell it to you. No one is looking out for your best interests besides you. You need to connect with local farmers. Or if you're buying online, you need to order from the ones, you know, that they're raising their animals properly.

It's not hard to do.

You can buy better quality food and sometimes actually cheaper. There's lots of ways to get expensive, high quality, non tortured. Meat. Usually have to do the local thing or buy a half a cow or go in and buy a full cow with other people. Or just drive to their farm on the weekends and pick up whatever you need. Besides, you're not driving there every weekend necessarily.

You can put it in the freezer. Or you could just become a breatharian. There is such a thing. Please send this to anyone, you know, might need to hear it. Thank you for listening. Take care of yourselves.
