Shownotes
We have heard many cyclists talk about how being on the bike brings them joy, but this week was different. This week, Kathryn and Kristi speak to Rachel about her journey to cycling and how they use biking to actualize joy - especially after 2020 and living in the center of a racial uprising.
Rachel began mountain biking on a boyfriend's extra-large bike. Let's just say, this made them learn FAST. Rachel talks about her love of mountain bike racing and her lack of love for gravel racing. Finally, Rachel shares their experience living in Minneapolis after the murder of George Floyd as a biracial person.
