This one is a straight-up rant + diagnosis of “online leftist” culture and why I think it’s functionally mirroring MAGA behavior (and outcomes).

Dr. Jim: At this point, there's an argument to be made that there's no difference between online leftist and maga. And in fact, my disdain for online leftist and leftist in general is approaching the same level of disdain that I have for the red hats.

[00:00:31] The crowd that constantly pushes out Jill Stein and any other third party no chance candidate is approaching the same level of idiocy that we've come to know and expect from the Red Hat crowd.

He is a far better nominee across any number of issues than anyone that can come out of the Republican primary process. There is no if, ands, or buts about it,

It shows that you live at a level of privilege and you are lacking a basic level of brainpower that you didn't learn a single thing from the 2024 race because the same people that are making that argument about Newsom were the ones that were saying that [00:02:00] they will not vote for Kamala Harris because there's no difference between her and Trump.

[00:02:32] For those of us who aren't in the MAGA ecosystem, so that includes anybody from the center, right, all the way to the far left. The assumption is that we are in those spaces because we have a reasonable amount of critical thinking skills and a reasonable level of education, . Unfortunately, the evidence for that level of education seems to be lacking when you look at the positions that the far left is staking out by saying that under [00:03:00] no circumstances that they would vote for Gavin Newsom,

[00:03:04] To make the argument that there would be no difference between Newsom and any Republican candidate in the same way that you would have to be an idiot to say that a Harris presidency would be yielding the same outcomes as the Trump presidency has right now. That requires a level of delusion that really only white people.

[00:03:33] we've seen this playbook before. We saw it in 2016, where. The Bernie Bros decided to throw a temper tantrum and sit out and encourage anybody and everybody else to sit out, and we saw how that ended up working out. You had four years of the Trump experience, and the only thing that prevented a second term of Trump happening in the Trump versus Biden race was the fact that you had [00:04:00] overwhelming. Participation by way of mail-in ballots during the Trump versus Biden race. Now, when you fast forward from that to the 2024 race, I.

[00:04:28] Now most people when you stick your hand in the fire and get burned the first time, you don't do it again.

[00:04:49] The far left circles and how that shows up because when you think about how the far right votes, they want a white supremacist society, the far [00:05:00] left seems to be okay with that. The far left is largely made up of white people and the far left knows that regardless of who wins the election, by virtue of their white privilege that if another Republican gets elected, they're gonna be largely insulated from the damage that another Republican regime will cause.

[00:05:51] When you look at the far left. He'd be hard pressed to identify any significant difference between their political philosophy and ideology and societal [00:06:00] structure. And that of the far right, because ultimately the far left also wants a whites only society. And here's how, because they're actively advocating for the Democratic coalition to sit out if Gavin Newsom or any other. Democratic candidate is at the top of the ticket. They are in effect saying that it doesn't matter who's in charge and. That ultimately leads to Republicans winning.

[00:07:13] Now, Jasmine Crockett is a highly accomplished. Congresswoman. She's been well established in the Texas state legislature and she's been in Congress and and has been a firebrand and one of the few people in the progressive side of the aisle that has been willing to throw haymakers at this regime. And what's interesting about Jasmine Crockett as a candidate and as a politician, is that everybody, including the far left, loved her when she was throwing haymakers at Trump and the Trump regime.

[00:08:14] Erco had a cup of coffee in the Texas state legislature has never run for national office, and now is taking a first swing at a congressional seat and is in a heated primary with Crockett. And what do you notice about. The far left in who they're advocating for. They're advocating for a mediocre white dude against a black woman who is highly accomplished in much the same way that they coalesced.

[00:09:07] So what we are seeing today from the far left. And leftists in general is the same dynamic. They are stating outright that just about any Democratic candidate that comes out. Runs in 2028 is dead in the water because they want ideological purity and they want one issue to be above all others. And even if that issue were to take top billing, they would still find some excuse to bitch and moan and sit on the sidelines and throw a temper tantrum.

[00:10:08] They're not doing anything. And these people are also not doing anything when it comes to protesting against the abuses of this regime.

[00:10:48] They're constantly talking about wanting a revolution and wanting to change the system. But they're not willing to do the work. They're not willing to put any sweat equity into [00:11:00] bringing their reality forward. They just wanna sit on the sidelines and bitch about it. And what makes them almost worse than those on the far right is that the far right are stupid enough to go along with what.

[00:11:19] The thinking is, is that those on the left should have the media literacy and the intelligence to understand the consequences of their action. But apparently the lack of media literacy, the lack of intelligence, the lack of pragmatism, and the lack of critical thinking to understand what the consequences are of inaction. Are concepts that are far beyond the grasp of the average leftist that you see online.

[00:12:07] They're banking on the misery of the population so that they could pat a few dollars in their pockets. So don't give them the luxury. Whenever you see a post about if X is the nominee, I'm not gonna vote for them. Block them, don't engage and move on. These people are pining for an imaginary perfect candidate. And even if that candidate were to show up, they'd still find an excuse to bitch about how they're not going to vote.
