Welcome to another episode of our Morning Meditation led by Jyothi V. Robertson. In this episode, Jyothi leads us through a breathing practice that transitions into a smile meditation, allowing us to cultivate a sense of joy and presence from within.

Starting with deep breaths, we become curious to the sensations of the breath and draw the inhalation into our face, gently allowing a smile to come to our lips. We noticed the impact of the smile on different areas of our face and invites us to bring the smile downward into our chest, connecting with our heart space. We breathe into any tension or tightness in our body, while maintaining a smile and noticing the energy of the breath and the space between inhalation and exhalation.

As the meditation comes to a close, we carry the lightness of the smile and the intention we set throughout our day. This practice reminds us of the power of our breath and the warmth of a genuine smile, offering us an opportunity to cultivate joy and gratitude from within.
