See what you want as though it is already true!

Expectations are usually based on fear, fear of not being how you want, and failure.

The problem with expectations that it can throw us off our connection to intuition being in the moment. Visualizing can give us a connection to intuition and our feeling in success.

When we being to wish, it means we are unhappy with how things are. We turn to fantasy, and expectations are often based on our wishes and fantasy. What if we lived in the moment and knew, had the certainty, how would that change how you lived your life? Your day? When we trust that the journey will get us where we see where we are meant to be.
