In this episode, I interview Dr. Lois DaSilva-Knapton about her journey from paraprofessional to school superintendent. Lois learned that her love is in special education and she is currently working as the head of special education in New Hampshire. She was exposed to Choice Theory early in her career and says it definitely shaped her as a leader and helped her to overcome the day-to-day stress from running a school system, and more specifically during COVID restrictions.
