Some of the worst things that happen in life happen in your head. The “what ifs” that we all focus on are so very unlikely to happen. We make our own lives more miserable by imagining these things, and the fear of these things happening can often lead to other bad things actually happening. Try not to focus on those what ifs. Focusing on them means you’re going to miss the good things happening. Don’t miss the good things.
