Hello, my dear ones, and welcome to today's meditation on reducing

Speaker:

physical aches and pains in our bodies.

Speaker:

Our bodies are actually communicating with us all the time.

Speaker:

So this meditation is about improving the communication with our body just

Speaker:

so that we understand its messages.

Speaker:

Our bodies will often give us a lot of signals before they

Speaker:

fall sick or get diseased.

Speaker:

So if we can understand those signals and messages, a lot of the physical

Speaker:

pain will automatically be reduced.

Speaker:

So today, you'll work on building that relationship with your body, on

Speaker:

building the communication so that you get to understand it better.

Speaker:

While this meditation does not replace any medical advice,

Speaker:

It is a good practice to simply relax and be in a space to be able to understand

Speaker:

your own body rhythm because that is unique to you and essential for a

Speaker:

happy physical experience on earth.

Speaker:

So let's settle down and begin this meditation today.

Speaker:

Take a nice deep breath and really let it go everywhere in your body.

Speaker:

You might want to make it loud, you might want to loudly exhale,

Speaker:

whatever you feel like doing is okay, there's absolutely no wrong way.

Speaker:

So as you breathe and as you relax into your space,

Speaker:

Let your breath, let your prana let your life force go everywhere in your body.

Speaker:

Imagine your breath going to your cells and and spreading everywhere

Speaker:

in your hands, in your legs, in your upper body and lower body as well.

Speaker:

And as you sit or stand your choice.

Speaker:

Imagine that your feet are starting to grow roots.

Speaker:

Just like a tree has roots, your feet are starting to grow their own roots as well.

Speaker:

And notice as your roots go deeper and deeper into the ground,

Speaker:

reaching the center of Mother Earth.

Speaker:

So as you keep breathing, and as you keep grounding,

Speaker:

you're feeling a lot more calmer, a lot more relaxed, and these

Speaker:

roots will help take any of the stress, anxiety, and worries away

Speaker:

as they arise in this meditation.

Speaker:

So you can just sit and relax.

Speaker:

And the roots can do the rest.

Speaker:

Notice how up above you, there's a beautiful gold sun that's

Speaker:

starting to shine as well.

Speaker:

This is your gold sun.

Speaker:

Just like the earth has a sun, this is your gold sun.

Speaker:

It's the perfect temperature that you like.

Speaker:

And it's giving you beautiful, high vibration, gold light,

Speaker:

your purest high vibration.

Speaker:

So with the roots, you continue to relax, you continue to release, and with the

Speaker:

gold sun, you are inviting beautiful, high vibration, gold energy into your space.

Speaker:

So you are feeling a lot more relaxed

Speaker:

and settled.

Speaker:

So as you sit in this space, come take a walk with me.

Speaker:

Imagine yourself walking through a corridor.

Speaker:

It's

Speaker:

a long corridor.

Speaker:

Just notice how the corridor looks and feels to you as you walk through it.

Speaker:

Now at the end of this corridor is a room.

Speaker:

There's a door outside,

Speaker:

so you can just go ahead

Speaker:

and open this room,

Speaker:

knock on the door if you feel like it,

Speaker:

and then just walk in, inside the room.

Speaker:

This room is the space of your body.

Speaker:

And just notice how the room looks and feels to you.

Speaker:

Notice the size.

Speaker:

Notice if there are any sounds.

Speaker:

Notice if it's dark or lit up.

Speaker:

Just notice.

Speaker:

And you might feel that you are imagining or that you're making all of this up.

Speaker:

And that's perfectly okay as well.

Speaker:

Your intent does all the work here, so there is no way you could do this wrong.

Speaker:

Just be in the room and feel the space.

Speaker:

You might notice that there are some strange sounds coming

Speaker:

from one end of the room.

Speaker:

And maybe they appear like black, flowing, smoky waves, a little black,

Speaker:

a little grey, a little white even.

Speaker:

These voices, this noise, seems really scary.

Speaker:

So as you stand there, and perhaps you feeling scared as well, Just say hello

Speaker:

to the sun above you, this sun that was shining pure gold light and let

Speaker:

that sun shine the light on this room as well and on these noises, on this

Speaker:

black smoky flowing energy as well.

Speaker:

And as

Speaker:

the sun starts shining its pure gold light These lights,

Speaker:

as the sun starts shining its pure gold light, the dark

Speaker:

wavy forms start disappearing.

Speaker:

These are your fears, the fears that made you crawl deep inside you.

Speaker:

And as the sun shines on this room, It's letting some of the fear go away.

Speaker:

But notice how there's still smoke in this room.

Speaker:

And as you notice that, notice how there is a rose that

Speaker:

appears in the room as well.

Speaker:

This rose is a sticky rose.

Speaker:

It's a giant sticky rose with magical powers.

Speaker:

So it just goes around in this room and cleans up all the smoky bit.

Speaker:

It cleans up

Speaker:

all the heaviness, all the fear, and all these weird noises.

Speaker:

When the rose is full, with all that it's cleaned up, it simply

Speaker:

goes out of the room And then blows up, disappearing into thin air.

Speaker:

So the room now appears a lot more clean.

Speaker:

So just look around

Speaker:

and see yourself sitting in this room.

Speaker:

This is your body.

Speaker:

And perhaps it looks like you.

Speaker:

Perhaps.

Speaker:

It looks a lot tinier or a lot more scared still.

Speaker:

That's okay.

Speaker:

It may be ready for you or it might still be feeling scared.

Speaker:

That's okay.

Speaker:

We will work through it.

Speaker:

For now, just go ahead.

Speaker:

And sit right next to it.

Speaker:

Just offering comfort.

Speaker:

Maybe it will come closer to you.

Speaker:

Maybe it will stay away.

Speaker:

It's all good.

Speaker:

It's fine.

Speaker:

And as you sit there, notice the room.

Speaker:

Maybe you notice that all the blinds are down.

Speaker:

And it feels really dark and scared, still.

Speaker:

So you can go ahead and put the blinds up.

Speaker:

You can open the windows for some fresh air and circulation.

Speaker:

You could even open up the room's ceiling and invite more

Speaker:

of the sparkly gold energy in.

Speaker:

And don't worry, this is an energetic opening.

Speaker:

It doesn't spoil the room as such.

Speaker:

So just allow more of that gold sparkly light to come into the room.

Speaker:

And notice, as it comes in, it brings a lot more freshness.

Speaker:

But just look around and see how the room is changing.

Speaker:

Maybe it's starting to feel a little bit more settling.

Speaker:

But now look as your body is still pointing to something.

Speaker:

Look in the other corner.

Speaker:

And notice how there is a giant tub.

Speaker:

This tub contains a lot of water, a lot of your emotions.

Speaker:

They're all bottled up.

Speaker:

They cannot go anywhere.

Speaker:

And your body feels really sick with all of these trapped emotions

Speaker:

that are just sitting there.

Speaker:

So now you can ask the gold light to start shining on this

Speaker:

water as well and go ahead.

Speaker:

You can unplug

Speaker:

the tub and all the water can start draining out as the water drains

Speaker:

out It goes straight into the earth

Speaker:

Deep into the centre of the earth, so it's all getting released.

Speaker:

That murky water, it's all going away.

Speaker:

And the sun, that gold light, it's shining on the tub and cleaning all the edges

Speaker:

of the tub, cleaning all the remaining places and making it really nice.

Speaker:

and sparkly as well.

Speaker:

And you can leave the drain of the tub open so that whenever you have more

Speaker:

emotions come up, they can simply drain out to the center of the earth and

Speaker:

they don't need to sit in your body.

Speaker:

So now just walk around the room and just look around the whole space.

Speaker:

Perhaps your body is starting to walk next to you.

Speaker:

Maybe it's still not as welcoming.

Speaker:

It's still feeling scared.

Speaker:

But it's there.

Speaker:

It's starting to feel a lot more comfortable.

Speaker:

So just walk around the room and notice the objects in the room Anything that

Speaker:

you don't like, you can simply shove it down, send it right to the center

Speaker:

of the earth, so that it's, send it right to the center of the earth, so

Speaker:

that it all starts going away from you.

Speaker:

When it goes to the earth, all that energy, it's that was not

Speaker:

serving you gets purified, it gets converted to positive energy, and

Speaker:

then goes back to where it belongs.

Speaker:

So just walk around and look at your space

Speaker:

and clean up any objects that you don't like.

Speaker:

Maybe you even see some people who are sitting in this space.

Speaker:

These people could be your family members, these people could be others who have

Speaker:

a lot of influence on you, and some of them are people that you don't even know,

Speaker:

but this is your body space.

Speaker:

So if you feel ready, you can just escort all of them out of

Speaker:

the room, and you can tell them.

Speaker:

that hey, this is not your body.

Speaker:

It will serve you to be in your own body.

Speaker:

My body cannot carry you anymore.

Speaker:

So you can watch as some of them start walking out and then there will

Speaker:

still be others who want to be there.

Speaker:

So just show them that A separate path that takes them to the heart of Gaia.

Speaker:

This is their home.

Speaker:

When they meet Gaia, when they connect with the earth, then they

Speaker:

will have their own healing as well.

Speaker:

Gaia is an expert healer and Gaia knows how to give them their space.

Speaker:

so you can show them this path that leads them to Gaia and show them that

Speaker:

when they go there they will also have their own sun, they will have their own

Speaker:

answers, they will have their own light.

Speaker:

Tell them how easy and how beneficial it will be for them to have their own space.

Speaker:

because that will give them the relief that they seek.

Speaker:

So just watch as more and more people walk out of your body and suddenly the

Speaker:

room starts feeling a lot more airy.

Speaker:

If you still feel that some people are there in your space,

Speaker:

you have shown them the way.

Speaker:

And it's okay for now.

Speaker:

Perhaps when you do this meditation next time, then more of them will get

Speaker:

their answers and they can walk away.

Speaker:

You can give them their own separate space in your body.

Speaker:

Just give them a little boundary and tell them that this is where

Speaker:

they can be till they are ready.

Speaker:

to get out and leave your space.

Speaker:

So now as you've marked their boundary, now look further in the

Speaker:

room and see what else do you find.

Speaker:

Look at the floor, look at the walls, even look at the ceiling

Speaker:

and maybe the paint appears to be chipped off, maybe the walls.

Speaker:

You seem to be almost breaking down.

Speaker:

Maybe the floor appears very dirty.

Speaker:

That's okay.

Speaker:

Just go ahead and start painting, start refurbishing your room

Speaker:

as you would like it to be.

Speaker:

Just breathe.

Speaker:

Just imagine you're doing a fantastic job.

Speaker:

You can also start decorating your room if you feel like it.

Speaker:

You can bring in some flowers here, some incense sticks or some

Speaker:

candles and you can really start treating your body as a temple.

Speaker:

Really give the whole space a nice upgrade,

Speaker:

a nice renovation.

Speaker:

Make the whole room just as you would like it to be.

Speaker:

And notice how your body is starting to feel a lot more comfortable now.

Speaker:

Maybe it will talk or maybe your body will just move around you.

Speaker:

Or make a gesture, letting you know how much it appreciates that

Speaker:

you've come to connect with it.

Speaker:

That you've come and cleared up the space for your body.

Speaker:

So just watch and just listen.

Speaker:

Maybe it feels a lot more open now.

Speaker:

It's coming closer and sitting next to you, signifying that it

Speaker:

has a lot more trust in you now.

Speaker:

Great work.

Speaker:

Good job to you and good job to your body as well for allowing this transformation.

Speaker:

And you can also thank your body.

Speaker:

Because it has been looking after you for so long and you didn't realize how

Speaker:

much and what it was going through.

Speaker:

The scariness in the whole space, the darkness, the emotions, the people,

Speaker:

all of that that it was dealing with.

Speaker:

You can thank your body for looking after you.

Speaker:

Through all of that

Speaker:

and now you can ask your body that hey, I'm feeling something

Speaker:

in my tummy or wherever you do

Speaker:

or any other question that you have for your body.

Speaker:

Just ask your question

Speaker:

and ask her to give you a message.

Speaker:

to explain why that is happening.

Speaker:

Just take a moment, just listen, just be ready.

Speaker:

And whatever thoughts come to you, they are your answers.

Speaker:

And notice how your body is giving you a crystal.

Speaker:

And notice the shape of the crystal.

Speaker:

Notice that color.

Speaker:

Notice how much it's shining and you can hold it and feel it in your hands as well.

Speaker:

How does it feel?

Speaker:

Warm?

Speaker:

Cold?

Speaker:

Heavy?

Speaker:

What color is it?

Speaker:

Now notice how your body is showing you a particular space in the body where

Speaker:

it wants you to keep that crystal.

Speaker:

So just go ahead and place that crystal there.

Speaker:

You are already getting a lot of insights just by putting it in.

Speaker:

And as the days go by, you will notice that more and more.

Speaker:

So just take a few minutes.

Speaker:

Sit with the crystal and sit with your body to get more insights.

Speaker:

And

Speaker:

once you've finished, you can say your buh bye to the body.

Speaker:

You can tell her that you will be in touch.

Speaker:

This is not the last time you're connecting with her.

Speaker:

And every time you want to find your body, you want to say hello to it, you can be

Speaker:

again here in this room So now you can start walking out of the room and notice

Speaker:

how the corridor has changed as well.

Speaker:

This corridor was your connection with the body.

Speaker:

And now, because you have such a healthy connection, this

Speaker:

corridor has changed as well.

Speaker:

If you feel like it, if you want to expand this communication even further,

Speaker:

just ask the gold sun to shine above.

Speaker:

And let the magic rose appear again and it can clean up anything that

Speaker:

just might be hidden in this corridor.

Speaker:

Make the whole space sparkly and welcoming for you.

Speaker:

So that you have a beautiful connection with your body, a connection that lasts

Speaker:

and any next time when you want to connect, all you need to do is remember

Speaker:

this place and remember the crystal that your body gave you, tap that place

Speaker:

and you will be right with your body.

Speaker:

So now you can walk back from the corridor, just come

Speaker:

back into your own space,

Speaker:

take a nice deep breath.

Speaker:

Notice how your roots are still connecting you with the earth.

Speaker:

Notice how the sun is shining.

Speaker:

Notice how your body is feeling right now.

Speaker:

Maybe you feel a little bit of tingling.

Speaker:

Or some sensations in parts of your body.

Speaker:

Anything and everything that you feel is okay.

Speaker:

That's just how your body wants to respond.

Speaker:

And now you are not far away from your body anymore.

Speaker:

Anytime you want to say hello, there it is.

Speaker:
