Ken Mukai is originally from the Los Angeles, California area but now runs the Mukai Craft Brewery in Niyodogawa-cho pristine mountain area of Kochi prefecture in Japan. Ken runs the Tap Room and Brewery business with his wife and uses his knowledge of chemistry to filter the wastewater from his craft brewing process to be pure before putting it back into the environment.
