How do you define creativity? Our second term for February will be Innovation. I really believe that both of these terms have taken on a new meaning and level of intensity over the last 12 months. We as a society have had to become much more innovative and creative on how we go about our daily lives; be it getting the basics to our home or becoming creative in the manner we handle our workplace, and the stakeholders within it.

I have seen many people sharing little "lifes hacks" during this time that have been very creative and innovative in terms of staying safe, working with others and just improving the general conditions we all are facing right now.
