In this one I talk about the contrast between "girl bossing" and "girl resting." There's a common perception that girl bossing is associated with urgency and a relentless drive to accomplish tasks, while girl resting is seen as passive or inactive.

Instead, I offer a new perspective, emphasizing the need for urgency in certain situations and also the need to find the softness in between and that we can be all of it.
