Tube Fest launched in 2024 with nearly 200 attendees, stumbled in 2025 after I went “too big, too fast,” and is now set for April 23–24, 2026 in Birmingham at the Eastside Rooms with 200 tickets sold, more sponsors, and YouTube and TikTok speaking.
