When the pandemic hit, Kyra Peralte needed an outlet to express how this new way of living made her feel. So, she bought a simple black and white composition notebook and began to write. After deciding she wanted to share her thoughts with a stranger and in turn, give them a space to write their own thoughts, she found a woman willing to participate.
That one woman led to another, and another and today, dozens of traveling diaries are making their way across the globe with more than 1,000 women writing their thoughts, feelings, hopes and dreams, then passing it along for the next woman to do the same.
Find out what Kyra thinks of the movement she has started and the community she has built who are all connected by the power of pen and paper.
