What is GEP, or Grace, Ease and Power? Why would this be important to achieving our ultimate life? Grace is the quality that someone has when you are at ease in their presence. If we’re going to create our ultimate life, one POWERFUL thing that we can make others feel is to put them at EASE, and having GRACE in you makes you have the ability or the power to make people at ease. When I say grace, I mean being graceful or cheerful. Use your charm to help people feel at ease around you. One ingredient of Ease is talking "truth." Telling the truth and, being true to yourself and others. By combining grace and ease, the result is that you create POWER - meaning the power to make things GOOD happen in the world.
In summary, Grace is the ability to make people feel at home, Ease the ability to express the truth and be accepted as truth, and power is the ability to make things happen to add good to the world.
Do I have GEP, do I want it? - The first question is, do I have the grace to put people at ease and help them feel comfortable. Am I making progress? I'm hopeful that I've described grace, ease, and power to make it attractive to you. Because grace, ease, and power aren’t supposed to be in any way repulsive or harmful. It certainly wasn't that way in the vision that I had in the breathwork I was doing. It was something of beauty, something beautiful, something compelling, something very desirable. Do I want it? I do. And that's demonstrated by intentional effort to create more of these characteristics.
The Conditions - acting in faith is something we all have to do, you know, bright back to planting seeds, right? Acting in faith is something we always have to do because stuff grows in us gradually. My strength and my body are returning very slowly. Sometimes agonizingly slow, but acting in faith means I'm doing the things that I believe will have a specific outcome. Having faith means I'm not going to quit because it didn't work right, or work right the first time or the first ten times.
