For a long time, I tied my worth to how many things I could check off a list. The busier I was, the more valuable I felt. But I learned sometimes the bravest thing I can do is stop. Rest.

So, if your to-do list is shorter today, or if your energy just isn't what it used to be, that doesn't mean you're failing. It means you're listening. Listening to your body, your heart, your spirit.
