All it takes is one person in your company and if you had any idea that it was true, they could take down your entire company. I had someone share a Youtube video where today an employee of a food delivery company and a retail worker were bragging that they had the virus and they had not missed a day of work and had continued to go to work. This could be a liability nightmare for those companies as if someone was very sick or died... your company just created that risk. No one wants to see that happen.

Lets talk about double checking your employees or paying attention to other co-workers so that everyone in the organization has a job and your business is open and not being shut down due to a loss of a lawsuit.
